Jerry Briesath
I agree, Jerry is in a class by himself, however I think that Jerry no longer plays at a very high level.
I have had others recommend player/instructors who have played at a MUCH HIGHER level than most but who do not play at that level any longer.
It wouldn't be fair to those instructors who still play at a very high level to include those who no longer play at a very high level.
Jerry's honor and those in his class should be honored in a different way, with a different thread but that's just my opinion.
Out of all of the instructors I have ever had the honor of learning from, Jerry had the greatest impact on my game and it took him all of 5 minutes and 4 of those minutes was him watching me hit balls. He turned my game around 180 degrees and got me going in the right direction, faster than I thought was possible. NO OTHER INSTRUCTOR PLAYER EVER DID THAT IN THAT SHORT OF A PERIOD OF TIME.
Is Jerry Brieseth on the list...the Dean of instructors!!!
