If someone were to make a movie about you, as a pool player, what actor/actress would play you and why?

Mickey Rooney for the younger years and Danny DaVito for the later ones. Maybe Steve McQueen in the middle. I'm a little on the short side in the height department only. Johnnyt

This is a little embarrassing, but .............

In my high school and college days, more than a few said I reminded them of Ralph Malph on Happy Days, so I guess Donnie Most would have to play me.

It would be...

Mr. Bean,Based on ability(or lack thereof),harmless attitude,and occasional clumsiness.Mike S.

My girlfriend is here and I asked her. She said at first Tomm Sellick. I asked why and she said because we look nothing alike. Nobody likes her that much.

She fianlly said Jeff Bridges. I asked again, why, and she said I don't know. Nobody likes her that much.

Funny story about that. Richard Portnoy, a well known character actor, played "Toupee Jay" in Pool Hall Junkies. He looked so much like me (such a handsome guy!) that some people actually thought it was ME playing the part.

I got a few compliments on my acting. That was hilarious.

Who...me?

When I was playing the Florida Tour in the mid 90's there was a young player who traveled with his girlfriend to most stops. She was maybe 21 years old.

One day she said that she thought I looked like Cary Grant. I said she must be kidding. She said well maybe she didn't get the name right but it was a big movie star. Good enough for me.

A few stops later she said that it wasn't Cary Grant but Humphrey Bogart. I said that's not close to Cary Grant but I'll take it.

Aside from one or two gray hairs on my head now (funny how I get a new one or each year I'm married), I have been told that I look like Ethan Hawke.

Anybody see that movie with him and Angelina Jollie? He wound up being a psycho, and she was an FBI agent trying to track down a serial killer (turned out to be Hawke in the end)???

My wife says I look exactly like him when he wore glasses in that film....so I guess I'd have Hawke play me.

Starring.....

I've had people tell me John Stewart from The Daily Show. He's a wise ass, too!:D Not that there's anything wrong with that!

Was once told I looked like that guy on the 70s sit com, One Day at a Time. I said Schneider? and they said no David, boyfriend of Bonnie Franklin. So I guess you could cast him. What was his name?

For a few years in my life, I could have been a stand-in for Jason Scott Lee.
