Why Dennis will Take Home the Cash!

For those of you blaming Scott's loss on his mental state, I wonder how anybody could fade knowing you were playing against someone who did EVERYTHING on the table better than you. Scott's mental state had little to do with this loss. He was simply over matched.

Had Scott been as cool as a cucumber he may have won an extra game or two but Dennis still would have moved those balls around and dropped them into the pockets like a world class player.

Maybe, but I thought there were a many times where Scott could've taken an extra minute to think through things, or even examine the cluster more closely. Also, if someone is banking lights out from every conceivable angle, don't leave a bank. Scott's CB control was such that he could do that.

That said, DO was playing a more offensive game down the road when he saw that Scott couldn't do the shots he could.

If Dennis loses, it will be because of the biggest flaw in his open pocket game. I won't post it here cause I like Scott in the match  but will after they are done playing.

Go ahead and spill the beans..... what's the biggest flaw in his one pocket game? He isn't tall enough?

I thought Scott's high level 1 pocket experience would give him enough of an edge to win but I was wrong. Dennis really took the time to make the best shot he could make and when he did shoot at his hole he made the ball about 95% of the time from what I saw.

I was shocked that Dennis won almost every end game battle when it was down to a few balls. He was incredible and very much was the better player in this match. Congratulations to Dennis for this big win.
