Ginacue

I think for that kind of trade you will probably at least have to add 1 or 2
more cues. Maybe a Dale Perry 1 of 1 or a LTD Meucci might help.

Thanks..........Paul

I think what they mean to say is the 40ths are going for like 8k to 10k if you can find one

Think of what I'm offering...

The cues I have listed are retailing at $7,000.00. That's what a 40th Anniversary Gina sold for when Ernie first made them.

Not saying what your offering isn't cool, but towards a 40th Gina???

Ernie's cues appreciate. McD's don't, and the secondary market is worse.

Yeah that's what they retailed for, not what they are worth. Unless the other trader was a meth head you have zero chance. Pleas don't take the advice as an insult, but I would be shocked if anyone with a 40th even considered this as an option.

For a trade like that, I would suggest tipping the scale closer to the $10k range because trying to trade up for that Ginacue is going to be difficult. You maybe better off selling the cues individually and then putting that towards the Ginacue purchase.

im sure this guy is joking....right yourare joking right.....because if you are not that was one hell of an insult to Ernie.

Another big issue is that the McDermotts can be bought by a dealer at wholesale. You can't really get any dealer pricing on a 40th Anniversary Gina.

Production cue "retail values" just don't play into the "value" of a legendary cuemaker's cue.

While some of the McD's are nice, such as the 2008 cue of the year. Beautiful cue, but you can buy it new for alot less than retail.

this is funny stuff--- i have a 40th ----i would have to be high on crack to consider the trade even if it came some more crack with it :):grin-square:

I believe that he believes its a good trade...I think to put it in a better perspective for him I passed on the 07 cue of the year for 400.00,but he did end up getting 500 for it locally.I may be wrong but in the market right now you would probably be lucky to get 2000.00 for all 3 cues, and that may be pushing it...:sorry:

I offered more than that in trade for just a regular Gina and got shot down.
I would think you'd have to come up with cash too.
