What a boring fight! Mayweather just did what is expected of him, run and hug in a boxing match. Because that was expected, he won! The ring commentator is criticising Pacman for not doing what he was supposed to do. How can he do that if the opponent is running a marathon. Mayweather did not mention a rematch.

I had heard that Floyd really wanted to get the KO here but props to Manny for making Floyd revert to the style that made Floyd the best boxer ever imo.

I quit watching boxing after Leonard vs Hagler. Hagler wanted to fight, Leonard wanted to run away, Leonard won the decision. I concluded either the matches are fixed or this is what boxing has become.
There is no mystery why MMA has grown enormously in popularity. People inclined to want to watch a fight want to see a fight. In MMA they fight.

I personally would love to see Aldo tear him apart not because I dislike Conor because I dont, I think Conor is great, but because Aldo is such a cool character who has so much skill and I am a huge fan of his. He has been the man for nearly 10 years now and he still is all about respect. He is like the SVB of MMA with his greatness and likable attitude.
Conor is the ultimate bad boy though and his skills are for real too... plus he is hungry, very hungry.

Neither of these fighters are anywhere near what they were 4-5 years ago. This fight was just a money grab. I bet the majority of the suckers that bought this PPV hadn't even seen a fight in years but bought it because it was the thing to do. There were three houses within a block from us all holding parties. What a joke.
And Mayweather certainly didn't outclass Manny at 116-112. :boring2:
