If you don't have a lathe...this is the next best thing. I've been using one for years at a local pool room until I got my lathe....and the price is very fair! Better jump on it, these go fast!

Like it was said, without a lathe you can't do any better. I had one in college and it paid for itself putting tips on for myself, friends and local pool rooms and bars. Very fair price and hard to find one in this good of shape.

Agreed! I also used one for a few years before picking up a lathe with great results. Just take your time trimming the sides. A steal at this price!
