This is an email I got today and wanted to share it with you all.

"Dam, are you ever gonna keep and enjoy something you win on an AZ raffle???????? Its shame ****ing idiots like you always win the good ones.

_________ of course its from a zero feedback ebayer that had to hide rather than come out and insult me with his real name.

But anyway, figured everyone needed a good laugh tonight.

The saying goes "jealousy will get you nowhere"

That said, I will never enter a raffle for a cue I wouldn't want to have or at least want to see how it plays. I will not enter a raffle for any item with the sole purpose of flipping it the next day. I will only sell a cue if I didn't like it.

Of course everyone is entitled to do as he/her please with their own property!

n id be willing to bet alot or most of the guys that get into the rtaffles would flip the cue if they won!!! Most wont admit it but cmon!@

I will say I can understand this guys jealousy, although the hatred is unwarranted. I have spent nearly 200.00 lately in these raffles and haven't won. I don't think I will participate in these anymore. Everyone I participated in, I could have used and would not have flipped for cash. A couple were for cases. I need a new case badly and I could have payed for one with the money I spent to participate in the raffles, although it was kinda fun sweating it out....someone likes to gamble ;)

A couple other raffles were for cues. I really liked the cues, especially the sugartree one, and only participated because I cannot afford to fork over the cash to try one. So if I won one great, I would try it out and in the end if I didn't like it, I would sell. So to reiterate, I am "jealous" of the winners, but I express no feelings of hatred towards them as they had just an equal chance of winnning than I did....except if they bought a third of the spots hehe.

im probably one of the few ones that hasnt won jack $h_t for the amount that i have played, invested, wasted and not once did i ever hate any of the winners. Just wished it was me but other than that, I will keep playing on raffles i like. Maybe one of this days, my favorite numbers will come up.

Phin...just tell them like they always tell us at work (military) "Suck It Up!"

I've spent over $1,000 and haven't won anything. I did win a Justis at Jimboarmy.com but so far nothing here. I'm about ready to stop playing.

EDIT: $705.50 is my raffle total to date.

Sucks that you had to get that shitty email phinmole. On a side note I'm planning on selling the cue and DVD's that I just won in a raffle but only after thinking that I would really need a lesson with Scott Lee and not another cue.

me too...yet to win anything.......maybe soon.....hope u win something soon!

Ive won 7 raffles on here I think. Ive kept everything(4 cues, 3 cases and a DVD set) so far but do have one cue up for sale simply because it has a linen wrap, and I dislike wraps and the cue is a player, not really a collectable. I also wouldnt enter a raffle if I didnt plan on keeping the item(unless it was only for a couple bucks a spot or something like that). flipping cues isnt my business but if others want to take the chance its cool. But truthfully it does bother me a bit when I see guys flipping great cues they won right away when there are others in the raffle who would appreciate it so much more. Just my thoughts.

It depends on the item as to whether I'd sell it or not. I really wanted that Judd Fuller cue. It was awesome.

People like that are sore losers , I wouldn't worry about that , there are bigger things in life to worry about .

If people are hating on you, then you're doing something right.

If you won the cue, you can do whatever you want to it. Sell it, keep it, cut it up and set it on fire.

I love being hated on. Jealous people make me laugh. Rep to you for being hated on.

Play on playa.

Hmmm sounds like sour grapes because you made a few bucks and the writer of that email didn't. Obviously not a capitalist!

If I win a cue I'll try it out and use it if I like it. If it's not my cup of tea but has appreciation potential I'll store it in hopes for a future profit, or dump it. Plain and simple. I generally don't fall in love with them.

well let's say you win a cue that the original seller wanted to get $600 for...you win it for MUCH less and sell it for $500. The hater could buy it for $100 less than what the original owner was willing to sell it for. That'd be a better dealer for the hater. I don't get it??? Everybody wins - original owner got the price he wanted...winner of the raffle puts a few bucks in his pocket...and the next buyer gets the cue (case, whatever) for a better price!! Sounds good all around to me.

Don't worry about it Felix, some people don't see the BIG picture. I'd do business with you again in a second!

Just laugh in his face.

Whenever haters start backstabbing on you and trying to diss your accomplishments, it's all cause they are jeaouls of you.

Believe me, i know people that hate me for the most ridiculous things, and i almost feel like they want an apology or something, when i haven't done anything wrong.

They are always going to be around, and there is nothing you can do to stop them from thinkin that way. So let them hate. And enjoy EVERY SINGLE MINUTE OF IT!
If you get the chance, make sure you rub what they hate most, in their face multiple times so that they go home steaming about it and telling everyone they know about it.
Aim for the highest levels of notoriety.

Become one with the word NOTORIOUS, and enjoy watching as they rip their hair out every time they are reminded of you.

In this particular instance, i wold give the person a nickname, and call them by it for life.
Maybe RAFFLE BOY or something that reminds him of how he just SUCKS at raffles. (not that raffles take any talent, but for this case, we can make an exception)

Where does it say you have to keep something you win?

In any raffle ANYWHERE, you can do what ever you want with the item, that includes: Using it, storing it, giving it away, breaking it, selling it, burning it, using it as a baseball bat, bla bla bla.

I have spent somehere in the $500 - $1000 range on raffles as well, but guess what, if there is a raffle that comes up and i like what i see and I feel the price is right then i buy a ticket. It's that simple.

Don't had the player, hate the game baby.

LOL, i really find it funny when people get all bent out of shape when those who don't win focues so much energy on those who do. LOL.

:D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D

Here is what you do:
1. Get vid recorder
2. get bbq
3. get lighter fluid
4. get match
5. get item won
6. start recording
7. put item won in bbq
8. put lighter fluid all over item won
9. strick match and place on item won
10. repeat step 8 until item won is all gone.
11. post vid for num-nuts to see and laugh your butt off.

After all it was only 20 or 30 doller raffle ticket. That is cheap entertainment to me.

LOL, this is me laughing at mr.email boy, get your binky, put in a teletubbies video and cry yourself to sleep.
