I guess this is about Manas' attempted long 2-9 combo with ball in hand at hill-hill. I think he looked at the 4 being tied up and liked his chances with ball in hand. Strange shot. If I play that, I use a lot more speed and try to do something with the cue ball.

Also, he had a path or two to get on the 4 or even play a killer safe with the 4.

yea, no way that was the way to shoot that shot. i see no benefit at all to that slow pace.
