You guys have just missed out on major ranking events in China ,which Kelly is still holding #1 ,any ways Yu Ram Cha took 1st = 35K. Next event, back to back, XTP took 1st= 42K
Next week World 10B, followed by Queens Cup, go Kelly and go West!!

Yeah, I miss watching the ladies play. Been watching Gide from this year's Amway eSpring Cup all week. Nice payouts for Cha and Pan.

Anyone know where to watch a stream for the Yalin World 10 Ball?

Women's pro pool is alive and well!

Do you think that this has anything to do with the fact they dress classy, act professional, and play pretty sporty????

Professional players who act like professionals? How dare you say such a scandalous thing!

Anyone know if the Queens Cup teams have all been announced yet?

Thanks. I actually ended up finding them after reading several articles. Unfortunately, it seems the Cup's only website is it's facebook.

Val,

What tournament do you speak of? We received no notification of one from anyone and it is not on the WPA Calendar. What was the name of the event? Who was the promoter? Any contact info so we can get results?

Many promoters do not see fit to publish their results, but this one did not even tell us the event was occurring. Was it a true tournament or a specialty event?

I think it's the one in Chengdu, China. It's an "CBSA invitational" 16-player field.

World 10-ball championship begins in Philipplines on October 31, 2013.

ETA, and I think Charlie Williams is having an event in Philippines. Not sure if this is it or not.

One thing for sure, the PR from some of the pool entities is not very helpful in getting the word out.

If anyone can get us the results and payouts we will be happy to add this event to the database. I Googled the event and got one result and it is in Chinese. Tried to translate it and got a jumbled mess.

The CBSA does some good stuff but corresponding with the international media is not one of them. Chris Melling told me he played in an event in China in the last year that nobody knows about as well. I will never understand the mindset of holding tournaments in the dark. We can and do expose the sponsors who make the money possible to the world and you would think the promoters would see that as an advantage since it cost them nothing to send us the results.

The worst case is promoters who send in the results with no payouts. The database demands payouts or the tournament does not exist.
