Thats poor compared to snooker.

1st - $400,000
2nd - $200,000
3rd - $100,000
4th- $100,000


Lets hope to see $100,000 next year. Maybe with Badi and Ultimate 10 ball we will start to see prizes that big.

Lee,

In US we don't have much support/ sponsors for pool like they do everywhere else in the world :( Hopefully, things will change soon. Keeping my fingers crossed :wink:

Thank God for Mark Griffin and his ilk! He makes money off his pool leagues and uses it to support pro pool. Same for Barry Behrman, Allen Hopkins, Greg Sullivan and a few others. Without these guys we'd be sunk.

I am definitely thankful for these people who continue to support pool here in America. Can you imagine what little we would have if these guys didn't care enough to stick their necks out for the game.
