World Cup of Pool 2014(Portsmouth, UK) 23-28Sep (9ball Scotch Doubles) Winner $60K

It's Germany over Malaysia, 7 games to 1.

The Germans were in cruise control throughout and hardly broke a sweat against the error-prone Malaysians...

Up next, it's the 10th seeded Canada against Malta. This should be entertaining, with Alex Pagulayan trading antics with Tony Drago...

I didn't realize that Alex was Morra's partner on the Canadian team. That's stronger than a gasoline flavored milkshake. They look like they are both playing well too.

John came up short on a few shots but Alex bailed him out every time. If Alex can get his break going they will be more than capable to make a deep run.

Canada made mincemeat of Malta, 7 games to 1. Should be an interesting 2nd round match against the Germans...

I don't see how India is an underdog to England B. I wonder how the odds makers have this game. I feel that India should beat England B.

Peach is a World champion, I guess.

Amar and Raj look in good form. Concentrating on every shot. They are good friends and have formed a great Dynamic Duo team spirit.

Might have to eat my words, but India just played the best game of the tournament in rack #12.

edit. Looks like India might get screwed by the illegal break rule.

Live baby, live..............

Talking about champions:
Earl and Shane
are practicing RIGHT NOW for their match with Russia. That will be coming up shortly, right after the match between the Philippines and France which is going on right now.

Yep, and Melling is as good a cueist as anyone in the tournament.

India played well, though. Sad to see them go.

Philippines getting away with a very lackluster performance due to unforced errors by France

the hell happened? it was 6-4 for Philippines and they were onthe table with two balls left. suddenly the stream froze and now it was 6-5 with France breaking.

Great Match from Raj and Amar earlier, they played excellently, but I think were screwed on the break rule. My favorite match so far.

Phillipines and France was hard to watch... The last nine was unexpected to say the least!!!

USA on Deck, go get em!!!!

Also, for those on the free stream, I would HIGHLY reccomend purchasing the access through http://www.pool.livesport.tv/. It costs as much as lunch at Mcdonald's and is very good quality with great commentary. Support this game, and treat yourself to a great experience...
