Would you play Jennifer B even?

Karen Corr was the number one or number two female player in the world for many years. I would hope that most A players would have difficulty with her or at least take her seriously...

Apparently you didn't read my post close enough, there's a lot of key words in there you left out. Not to mention that the top gun males don't like to draw her, if they win they're suppose to and if they lose...well, you no. The break is about the only place she falls short in when it comes to 9 ball. Most A players would probably need weight, despite her weak break.

Everyone knows all about her long run at or near the top and it looks to me like she plays as good as ever. I wouldn't play her even, anywhere except for maybe my home table or perhaps some cheap gambling. I'd play Jennifer even, but Karen is on a different level.

I have actually played Jennifer, albeit was in 04 or 05, and I had only been playing for about a year at the time. It was in Vegas for the BCA 5 man event, and in one of the practice rooms, they had a 9' diamond set up where you could "play a pro" and they would commentate it and put it on DVD for you.

I think it was $100 or so for a race to 5... So I figured, why the hell not, even if she skunks me, I will have it on record that I played a pro... and VERY good looking on at that...well let me tell you this...

In a race to 5, I have exactly TWO shots... TWO, thats IT. I won the first break (cue ball flies off the table), and in rack 3 or 4 she plays a push out, that I try to hit and don't... 5-0 WHOOPED MY ASSS

However, I can honestly say that I have never been so shaken in my entire life... ever. My entire team was standing just out of the view of the camera and were barking at me the whole time, first time I had ever played a "named" player, and it was under commentary, and on film... I couldn't even hold my cue without shaking, and sweat was POORING down my face... everywhere.

But I would give it a go now... I think if I got the breaks she couldn't fade it... even, I think she comes out on top.

Oh,..... I would be FOCUSED,................ just not on pool !:D:grin-devilish::joyful:

Jennifer could beat Jenny. Jennifer can't beat Jeannette.

There are no 3.75" pockets at Amsterdam Billiards. There may be one at Society.

In the 7 or 8 years that I've played in the same room with Jennifer, I have never seen her hit not even one ball on a bar box.

Jennifer does not gamble often.

Jennifer has a very slow and deliberate pace. It can drive you crazy if you let it.
If she's free rolling, she can be very tough. She plays at an A level.

Jennifer is the salt of the earth. Please, keep it clean. No misogynistic comments.

I think that Jenny Lee might need wieght to play JB. Maybe the 8 ball. That would be a fun match to put on. If JB is out this way at some point we might be able to put this on. I think it would be great. Jenny loves competition and action. Maybe race to 18 for a thousand. I know Daniel would love to do another action match. It would be a prize fund I would make an contribution of a least $500 and we would raise the rest. I don't think it would be any problem. Of course all of this is subject to the mutual agreement between the players regarding the wieght, the prize fund and rules etc..

I'll throw in a 100. Last I read on here someone was interested in scheduling an appearance by her and she wanted thousands.

I like both ladies but would root for the underdog on this one.

This match would certainly be good for promoting pool.

I have a funny story from when I played Jennifer. I got to play her at Turning Stone a few years back. I was up big, like 7-2 or something going to 9. She took a break and came back with this belly shirt, low cut top on. I managed to win 9-8

I've seen Jenn play barbox though it's been a long time. She's played APA when she first started playing pool and more recently competed in the BCA Nationals.

By my estimate, she's been playing about 15 years now. I'm pretty sure I met her in 1998 or 1999.

She plays Open speed (A++). She's strong enough that she's going to occasionally beat top male players. She's a coin-flip with most male shortstops. She's a top draw in any amateur event (assuming she's allowed to play).

She did a costume change at intermission? Gal's got style.

If any of the members of AZ know Jennifer please contact her and find out what a deal would look like regarding her participation in a prize fund match.

As soon as the restraining order she filed against me expires, i'll do a follow up.
