WPB World 9 ball

As far as this streaming disaster is concerned, the level of my disgust is almost beyond the boundaries of possible description. No offense to Qantas Airlines or Wu Chia Qing, but I think the Qatar streaming disaster is definitive proof that a "Q" should always be followed by a "U".

Lmao

Too funny. Can't stop laughing

The finals is an hour and 13 minutes away...

Knockout stage: The Finals -- Race to 13

Sad that they shorten it down to race to 13 these days. I remember when Wu won it almost decade ago it was 17. Kuo would have been champ if it was race to 13 then as he was on 16-12 before Wu blew him away 17-16

Anyway Hitman is 2 ahead now 8-6
Is the live stream http://shoof.alkass.net/shoof/live/live_3.php for you guys?
I only see many interviews and talk but no WPC pool

Judging by the 122 (and counting) comments on the last WPA 9 Ball Championship facebook post, you are not alone, sir!

6-9 for Thorsten, certainly looks like he might be on a roll!

Come on, Randy. You know the livestream and realtime scoring are found here:

-Sean

Ha, ha! Thanks, Sean. I see there that TH is up 8-6 now.

You know, Thorsten just cannot be denied ever since he started using TOI™ and the Hammer Stroke™. I saw a YouTube clip of him using a 16# shot put to strengthen his grip - the sign of a true champion. Once he gets that Sammy-rye sword (or however CJ spells it) he'll be unbeatable.

Interestingly if Gabica wins this, he will be oldest winner together after 2 other oldest winners, Reyes and Bustamante all of whom won in their 40s :D

Jenny, can you ask Darren to update us on the scores at least? That wouldn't be a bother on a smartphone, I hope...

Somebody was posting to Darren about the updates, so I'm not sure Darren is still there. I think it was Karl Boyles, but I may be wrong.

Or

Equally as interesting, who would be the last player to win this event 10 years apart? Thorsten won in 2003.

Or, who's the last player to hold both the 9ball and 14.1 world titles at the same time? it's been awhile!!

Funny how they dropped the pool stream to show a gun show. Middle Easterners buying sporting guns is a pretty comical sight if you ask me. Must be a big deal though, what with goat season winding down and camel season just about to begin.
