Foldes, on the other hand, does a jump shot on the 1 ball and shoots it into the corner pocket. Great shot!

Does the 2 ball thru the long rail... hopefully should be able to clear up the table. But, i dont want to jinx him.


Boyes on the other hand, pockets the 9 and is not up 3 to 0 over Gomez.
 
Peach, Foldes now tied at 2 - 2.

The safety shot of Peach on the 1 ball wasnt as good as Peach thought it was. That jump shot by Foldes was superb!
 
I like Pat Holtz commentating.

This match is not very exciting between Peach and Foldes.

Foldes does the hard break and it messed up the table. The hard break just wont work on TV table 1.
 
Boyes is smiling a lot. Looks very relaxed and he is on the brink of making it 4 - 0 over Gomez.


Shoots the 9... so, thats the score now.
 
Even the seats in the audience are empty for this semi-finals match.

Gomez goes on the table, and plays a deliberate safety on the 2 ball. Boyes misses the 2.
 
Man, is this boring. I can't even watch it anymore on Sopcast.

I guess I will check back later today to find out the winner.

Gomes still surveying the table... has ball in hand.

Now shoots the 2 in and has a good shot on the 3. All balls are in the open and hopefully, he will clear the table for his first score.
 
Gomez almost jaws the 6 ball... but he had the right speed to allow the 6 to drop. He now gets the 7 and the 9.

Score is Boyes 4 , Gomez 1.
 
Miss after miss after miss, and this is the semi-finals of the WPC.

Before I forget & before the WPC is over, I just want to say thank you to all the AZBer's who have made this so much fun to watch. It wouldn't be half as good just watching it without all the comments & banter we've had on this thread.

I've enjoyed every minute! Whoever wins, it's been great entertainment. Both on the table & on here!
