yes indeed. and i really wish him to win this one... because I always root for him here in our country When EVERYBODY loves Efren more...... and I'm the ONLYYYYYYYy guy in my country that like EARL alot...
 
even before I knew its Jay, i liked that commentator....... his voice is so relief... <3 Jay :)

I love Shane's haircut, nice and neat, with a square cut in the back.

It is so much neater than those bird's nest that the Taiwanese players wear.

Two-hour match so far, long match. Second longest to Charlie Williams, 2 hours, 14 minutes. AND it's not over yet.

I think I saw Jay in the audience with a white shirt, STANDING up behind the chairs.

This just can't be Jay Helfert.

JAM I'm afraid it is =) His voice is incredibly unique to the pool commentating world I couldn't forget it if I wanted to. I love Jay's posts on here. His commentary, however, ehh =p Where is the Comeback Kid and King James when you need them? =(

I will refrain from any further opinionated comments about Jay's comments, then. I love Jay Helfert, but I wasn't too keen on this commentating on the match, however.

I like Jerry Forsyth and Pat Holtz the best.

Jay's voice sounds actually much younger than his chronological age, which is a compliment. :p

I love this ESPN music. It is so much better than the American ESPN music for pool.

Everything is great about this coverage except one thing...

It's Jay. I don't think he's saying anything especially critical. Just matter-of-fact comments and accurate observations. What's wrong with that? Admittedly it's not "USA, All the way!" which you may prefer :P
 
I like Jay's commentating but I do think Jerry & Pat are the best duo. Always fun to listen to.

Now, come on Shane!!! Wrap it up!
