Maybe it is deliberate because they want us to pay for the broadcast in the WPC website. I think it is $5 per day BUT someone said earlier that it was NOT live.

BTW, I have the older version 1.1.2. Somebody said earlier that he can see some soccer on channel 10912 but I am not seeing anything at all, just a blank, black screen......sad

Well, i just downloaded Sopcast tuesday night and its the 1.1.2 version. If it is deliberate than it is a pretty shady move. I'm going to do my best to keep my mouth shut til 2:30 or so when its supposed to be on live. Lets just hope for the best.

They I wish they would announce it in the WPC website so we have enough time to decide if we want to pay for their broadcast or not. But for heaven's sake, please make it a LIVE one and not a delayed telecast that had some people who paid complaining earlier that they paid the $5 but they cannot access it until 5 am US est. That is a 2 and 1/2 hour delay because the live coverage starts at 2:30 am US est.
 
I cannot see it anymore. Channel 6003 is gone. 10912 is no feed. Should we all go to TVU? Is it on TVU?

ESPN sports is still NOT onTVU. It has Star Sports only and I do not think they are covering it this year.
 
I guess I will just pay the $5 and will not look at any forum or even the WPC website so I will not know the results before I view the delayed telecast.

For those who paid the PPV of $5, is it reallly delayed? How was the video quality? What time did the broadcast start?

Just in case SOPCAST does not deliver, here is a link to the WPC PPV. Day 7 will cost $5 but it appears it will not be live. They list the time of broadcast as 10 am to 16:30 pm. Not sure what time zone that is at because in Manila time, it is 3:30 pm to 7 pm, then resumes at 9 pm to 12:30 am.:o

I'll be watching the final. The other matches won't work me. Thanks f210 for putting up the link.

UTC time is 6hrs ahead TX. The final will be 12:30AM Sunday.

I still cannot see channel 6003 or 10912 but I was able to get ESPN on channel 2146. You are right, they did not even show the replays. Mine is showing american football too and the video stream is smoother and excellent. No lags or buffering at all. Live broadcast will start in about 3 an 1/2 hours at 2:30 US est.

I am going to leave my pc on while I sleep for a couple of hours so I will not be disconnected from SOPCAST.

But there is no guarantee they will show it on Sopcast tho. I think I'm going to bed. My eyes are turning red.
 
i just got on and one of the espn channels was there, i opened it and there was still nothing and then the channel options refreshed and ESPN disappeared, i dont have a good feeling about tonight

I am using SOP Cast version 2.0.1 and if you use the drop down window at the top of the menu screen, set it to ESPN Sports and it will play.
