Don't feel sorry for my children they are very good and well behaved even with the challenges the good lord gave one of them at birth. One of my children is special needs and act more mature than you... and Pimp I'll help you out here with the spelling errors that our good friend here is pointing out to you and tell him what he already knows. I have contacted paypal and another company that needed to know since you guys gave me no other out. I bet we don't have this situation come up any more. It's truly a shame that one person should ruin all the fun just because they are dishonest and unable to admit their mistake.

Thanks for sticking up kurly but I think we should just end this whole thing. The names and threats have to stop. The auction is done and over with and we need to just move on. BPG24 your not getting your money back and thats that.

You have an open dispute with paypal to deal with and I am awaiting Mike's decision on whether or not I have to go past paypal for a resolution. hopefully he will fix the situation so I don't have to do that

This WILL get resolved one way or another, you can bet on that fella

Pimp...you admitted here that you didn't mark Alvin as paid in the Thread until 11/9(today). So how was anyone to know that this auction was going? This is my first involvement in an auction and probably my last. I was watching this thread this weekend to wait and see if everyone was paid! And it didn't list everyone as paid until the last one complained!!!

I think BPG24 does have a point and I am quite dissatisfied in my first auction arrangement....I thought there would be a post from the seller that stated that everything was paid and the auction would be for XX day powerball.

I disagree with what you have said. I feel the raffle went fine. I watched this auction and felt it went just fine. I don't know the owner of this cue, don't know the winner either, but i do feel it went off just fine.

To the guy freaking out. Dude, relax, today it was not your day. I have done many of these things and have not won, yet.

I also know when someone says powerball, i fully know what powerball is and which one it is, IT'S THE ONLY ONE.

Anyway, i'm not trying to start with anyone on this board, but IMO all was fine.
 
I said I thought I had marked everyone as paid. by mistake I wrote Amoney's name down in the same spot that I had wrote paid on everyone elses. It was an oversite but it doesn't change the fact that everyone had the same chance to win. If I wanted to be slimy about it I could have said that that raffle didn't count in hopes that one of the local AZ'rs in the raffle would when the next one. Instaed I was honest and now I even have to pay extra in shipping because the winner lives in canada. If I would have thought about it I would have said shipping outside of the US might cost alittle extra but I didn't and I'll happily do that because I am an honest person who does what I say even if it does cost me extra cash.

I think Paypal is going to tell you to take a leap (no offense) but they are going to tell you they don't protect you from that sort of use. IMO
Personally I don't see the problem unless you think he was waiting for a powerball drawing that would let his friend win and of course that isn't the case.

Seriously, would it have made a difference if he had said it was sat or Wednesday? And if your number had come up you would have won. Would you have declined the win based on the same points you are bring up now? I doubt it. I think you both have valid points. However you would have lost either way and you did have chances to win either way.The only problem you have is he didn't post "It's a go" and I agree he should have but in the end it didn't really make a difference.

Oh well that's my .02 ;)

He screwed up, not me. I tried to work it out, he was unwilling. If you don't like it than you should have taken it up with him before it was too late. My $14 is only part of the issue. Everyone that had money in this raffle should be upset. I don't need to explain it again, the proof is all there for anyone who can read.

If we are going to have these raffles, they are going to have to be run better than this one. Since it is unlikely that he will do what he should and return everyone's money, I will make sure we don't have this problem again.

Every other auction I have been in has been handled well. This is the exception to the rule in my experience. However the seller can't just pop up and say "we have a winner" out of no where. It screams out SCAM, even if it isn't.

At this point, me getting $14 back will not satisfy me. I gave him many opportunities to fix the issue. He needs to refund everyone's money. If that doesn't happen, I will make sure that this problem can't ever happen again.

thanks to all of those who have contacted me in support. Glad to see some members of the community want things to be fair and right for everyone.

Pimp, Simple enough.

Provide the link to the Powerball *you* used. We can easily see the date and number drawn from there and all arguments will be settled.


The link to the site is a very important feature you did not ever provide..and it is not expected of us to search it out.
