It will be the best money you've spent on pool stuff. They are great!!

This may be a stupid question... but can't you just put them in your home dishwasher with all the plates and silverware? Surely they would come out clean... right?

I want to get one also in the worst way, but haven't been able to part with the cash yet.

If you search for the Ballstar, you will find them for $425-$435.

Good luck .....:)

The only stupid question is the one you don't ask cigardave. Have you ever played with new balls? Wouldn't it be nice if the balls looked that way every time. That's what a polisher does. It polishes and cleans the balls. Dirty balls also effect how they play. Some people polish them by hand, one at a time. Bludworth is a friend of mine and gave me one that does all 16 balls at the same time without any wear and tear on the balls. It takes less than 3 minutes and they are like new. That's a good thing. Blud made sure the balls are polished at the Leesburg Senior Center too.;)

Mueller has a 20% off sale until 4/7/2008 @ 11.59 pm CST, their web-site has Ball Cleaners. DISCOUNT CODE MS20 is the key to 20% off.

I took a 5 gallon bucket, cut the bottom out leaving the sides about 4" high. Lined the inside with carpet. Lay 8 balls in there and put 1 drop of ball polish on each ball. Hold a 10" polisher on the balls and let them spin. Works perfectly.

Even got my dirty balls clean!

Blud's cleaner is nice- real nice- it not only cleans the balls by buffing, it shakes them a bit so that they don't only roll around the same circle.

I swear, if that Purdy ever turns his head, I'ma gonna try and sneak it out!

Diamond ball polisher is the best I got rid of my two polisher's from Blud Both worked excellent but the Diamond does it so much nicer...
