The forearm in this cue have 4 high and 4 low points with recuts of pink ivory and Ivory Points.
Butt: 16.04 oz, 3/8-10 with ivory joint and butt cap, ivory inlays, original white Cortland Irish linen wrap
(Verl Horn in Tulsa, Ok was very well known for putting on the smoothest and tightest Irish linen wrap)
This cue was recently restored by Paul Dayton ensuring that the original wrap was only cleaned and kept original.
I believe the original finish was partly retained and Paul also made 2 brand new shafts for this cue per spec below.
It's definitely my top 10 best player cues of all time and I've gone through hundreds of custom cues.
