Contact Mike Lambros. I recently bought his full splice model that sounds like just what you are looking for. He makes his own blanks and the cues plays very well, as all Lambros cues do. He uses the Ultra joint on them. He has them is all stages of completion so the wait time should be fairly fast. And that certain model is VERY reasonably priced, IMO.

Mike Lambros is very easy to deal with and was/is a pleasure to talk too.

Again I would like to thank all of you for your responses and advice, very helpfull.
