I CAN ONLY ASSUME THAT THIS LOSER IS TRYING TO CATCH SOMEONE SLEEPING AT THE WHEEL............... OTHERWISE CAN ANYONE RATIONALIZE THE REASON FOR THIS AD? IF THERE IS SOMETHING I MISSED I APOLOGIZE TO THE SELLER IN ADVANCE, BUT SERIOUSLY......WTF???

LOL, I think the OP is talkin about the fact that the seller is selling JUST pictures, but now I am beginning to think that someone may actually be interested.:grin-square:

LOLOLOLOLOL This guy has got to be playing some kind of joke... hahahaha... I bet some fool will buy the pictures hahaha... I don't know why, but I find that really funny.

You have all heard the old saying,
"A picture is worth a thousand ....... never mind:embarrassed2:

Holy crap, there are actual bids on that.......

Hey, those are some nice pictures. If I could afford it, I would probably even throw a bid out there. I have always dreamed of owning a pic. of a nice Josey.

There was an eBay auction a couple of years ago, much talked about on this forum IIRC, that said, "I am selling the cue pic below". The starting bid was something like $1,200.00, and the cue in the picture was a nice custom cue easily worth that much. Many people bid on the auction, thinking that the seller of course meant that he was selling the cue pictured below.

Someone won the auction, paid, and received a picture of the cue.

WOW-that's all that comes to mind.....pictures?
WOnder if the bids are legite, or if they bid before they realized that it was only for the pics?

......i think that would justify a leg breaking........i try to believe in karma, however that scenario's nasty enough to make the Dalai Lama go bezerk.

a guy sent me a reply about this listing saying that maybe the seller was trying to solicit potential buyers for his cues and case without having to pay ebay listing fees, people get to see his goods, they'll probably email him with questions, and pursue a transaction outside of ebay. makes sense i guess, maybe he hasn't heard of AZ.

Thats exactly what he's doing. Its no big surprise. Alot of people try and do that with many different items on ebay.
It has alot to do with the outrageous prices ebay and paypal are charging these days. Its a scheme to try and get around those fees.
But there are victims here. The people who are unwittingly bidding on the pics without realizing what they are doing.
