Ok thats fine it sounds like its for a family in need, tell your friend when he gets better and if I still have the cue I will sell it back to him. Do you take paypal

Thanks Sean

hello sean sorry for the delay just got off work the cue has been sold. thanks

I was wondering how this cue became sold after you had offered it to me and I accepted the offer. You had not bumbed this thread in over a month when I sent you my offer, its people like you that give AZ a bad name, from what everyone has posted here this is not typical of you so I am very confused.

it shows she responded to you today but when did u send your reply where u accepted the offer.

Its a private message and for some reason doesnt show all the layers in the post I have forwarded the private message to you.

although she probably mean to do it on purpose, it seems that the cue should have been sold to 21. i know money talks but he was clearly a buyer. i mean he was already willing to pay 750 so if u counter with 800 chances are he would buy it. plus he responded within a reasonable timeframe.

Here does this help

who got the cue

so who end up buying the cue? Its a beautiful piece of art.
From what I am reading on here it sounds like that 21 gambler committed to buying the cue and she sold it out from under him. That doesnt seem like good business to me.

Ok...this is none of my business but since I've received several pm's...
My take...(and I briefly read the entire thread so forgive me if I missed something)...if Lisa was offered 750 from 21Gam and then had to ask the cues owner if he'd accept, and in the meantime she received an offer of her asking price of 800...then its her right to sell the cue immediately for 800. If you wanted the cue for sure then you should of made the deal at 800. Offering 750 opens the door for someone to come in after you willing to pay the asking price & then you are subject to be cut out of the deal.
Unless I missed something...she never told 21Gam that they had a deal...she had to run the offer by the cues owner. In the meantime if say Waldo's offered the 800, then its her option to sell. Just my thoughts.:)

We didn't buy it

We didn't buy the cue and don't have a problem that it sold to someone else. The bottom line is the cue sold the money will get were it needs to be. It was a great deal at $1000.00 and a steal for $800. Things like this happen all the time here no big deal. I wish the person Lisa sold the cue for and his family the best.

If any AZ member buys the Schon we have for sale Price $800.00 OBO you will receive a extra Schon shaft and we will send $25.00 to the Person Lisa sold the Schon for.

Thanks Waldo's

i dont believe that to be the situation since waldo's only saw the thread after she posted an update. but she contacted 21 with the 800 offer before she posted the update since it was 21's offer that prompted the owner to actually lower it to 800.

but then again it's a hard situation for her. considering she's selling it for a friend, the friend might find it weird that someone is willing to buy it yet she's waiting for a reply from someone else?

i still say the cue should have been sold to 21 since his confirmed offer of 750 pretty much guarantees that he would have bought it for 800. but she was probably in a difficult situation since its not her cue.

I hope this will help clarify

Yes you misread that big time I sent her the first message on 11-22-07 which you can see the thread was dead at that time last post was a month earlier 10-23-07, and she first sent back a rude reply of ( WOW really thanks but no thanks ), then she bumped up the thread on the 11-23-07, then she sent me the next private message at 11:03 Pm 11-26-07 saying ( hello 21gambler i ask the family of my friend who owns this cue an they said they would take $800
shipped priority mail if your still have any intrest? thanks could'nt respond to your first offer with out talking to them first. thank you lisa ), then at 11:17 Pm 11-26-07 she posted it to the forums for everyone. I replied back to the offer saying I would take it 5:16 AM 11-27-07 only 6 hours later, and during a time I doubt she was communicating with the family.
