WTT: My cue for any guns you have

I've got a Glock model 21. However, when thinking about whether I'd rather have my Glock or your pool cue in my hand against an intruder, I choose to keep my glock with my 45 hollow points. Sorry, but that's the way it is.

Ignorant.....and your buddy found a cue in a pool hall and wants to keep it....I bet it wouldn't be too hard to find your location by IP address and notify nearby pool halls of a lost or stolen cue and have you arrested. Seriously dude it's not your cue...

I really don't mind that because I got nothing to hide.

I understand. The 21 is a great gun. I thought about purchasing it years ago, the SF version, but I went with a SA 1911.

explain

How do you explain in your post saying he should keep it and play with not sell it. WHY DID YOU NOT TELL HIM TO ADVISE MANAGEMENT A CUE WAS FOUND! Require the person to id the cue so the rightful owner could have his property back. Rather, you say use it? Even better, you say you would have bought it if it was 19.0 vs 19.8? You obviously have no problem with taking advantage of the unfortunate person who, with assistance, "lost his cue".

I think you need a course in ethics 101.

He didn't catch anything. Like catching a boot in the lake.

Listen my little red friend, good luck trying to make your first deal on a cue you are unwilling to post pics of.

I'm sure some fool will take your bait...:nono:

I have a Daisy red rider BB gun I will trade for your cue.

I got the BB gun when my neighbor little Johnny left it on my front porch.

He wanted it back, but finders keepers, losers weepers.!!!

His loss is my gain.

Let me know.

One has to be cynical of a thread like this. 0 itrader, will not post pics of the "cue" for trade, and looking to trade for a hand gun...

I don't know you from a hole in the ground, and I won't pass judgement on your character. Maybe simply banning the trading of firearms on a billiards site isn't a bad idea. Talk about a legal liability issue? The lawyers could have a field day with a gun that was brokered via this web site and then possibly used in a nefarious manner. or maybe not...but who really wants to take that chance?

Good luck dom_poppa.

My 2 cents

AS LONG AS YOU TAKE THE FIREARM TO A FFL DEALER AN REGISTER IT SHOULD BE COOL THERES NO LAW AGAINST TRADING GUNS:thumbup:

Exactly ^^^^

Very narrow minded.

Always trade intra-state through a dealer. And, you had better know the laws in California before you ship there. Several pieces are on the not allowed list.

i believe what needs to be done when selling a firearm over the internet like that is that it needs to be sent DIRECTLY to the FFL dealer and not to the private individual first that way the FFL dealer would assume the responsibility doing all the correct firearm checks and background checks needed to be done.. that way there would be no chance of a rogue gun that ended up missing or in the wrong hands..

Exactly Chris. I would send straight to dealer that would be the only legal way to do it. Same thing happens if you buy from online sites. They will mail only to dealer because of registration.

BINGO! We have a winner. Couldn't have said it better myself if I tried.

It's not a matter of narrow-mindedness...it's simply covering your liabilities. I suppose if two parties want to engage in a transaction that involves a firearm then there is nothing wrong with that at all. ...So long as the law is followed. "I didn't know I couldn't do that" wont fly in a court of law.

CA is not the only place where gun laws are nutty. I live in Massachusetts...the rest of the country is like the old Wild West when it comes to firearm laws in MA. Here, in MA, the laws are so strict that you would think firearm crimes were non-existent. Yet, we hold some of the highest crime rates with firearms in the country. The problem with strict laws regarding firearms is that most crimes involving firearms aren't generally done by law-abiding citizens. But this is a discussion for another forum.
