BIH playing the 9 ball ghost. How do you get from the 1-2-3-4? The 4 does go past the 6 into pocket A. The 3 does not go past the 8 into pocket D. I have not tried it at all yet, but have the table marked with doughnuts. Give me your best outs:)

I draw on the 1B into A (or follow into F), trying to get as close to the short rail dot close to F. I follow the 2B on a shot to D, then 3B into C, then 4B into A.

That's what I saw too. I tried to get straight on the 2 ball to shoot it into pocket D, but did not get straight.

I ran the table on my second attempt, loading video now. I will try other suggestions as well.

Yeah, I can see the patterns, but do dumbshit stuff and rattle easy ones in the jaws. It's a concentration problem, I think. I've slowed my stroke down considerably, and it's really helping.

I might hit the 1 into pocket A, CB off the bottom rail landing near the foot spot.
cut 2 into bottom right corner, CB goes off the rail around the 7 toward the 3.

Shoot the 3 & 4 just as you did.....

I would have brought the cue ball in the direction of the 9 toward mid-table to make the 2 in the bottom right corner.

If you're confident, you could also follow off the 1 and drift the cue ball gently into the 7, which would leave a straight in shot on the 2.

Why would you draw with ball in hand? Getting straight(ish) on the 2 is far easier if you follow the cueball (shoot 1 into pocet F). Also, I'd make sure to not overrun, but rather stay on the outside of the 2 or straight.

Getting on the 3 is the whole game, after that the rest is routine.

This is what I would have done, but I would have done two things slightly differently. The first is that I would not have gone into the end rail with the cue ball on this particular shot but instead would have just followed straight forward. Might just be a preference thing for this particular shot but can try it and see which you have more success with.

The second, and far more important, is I wouldn't have been trying to play position so close to the 2 ball. You were playing position where straight in would have been about a diamond from the end rail. I would have been playing position to be about half a diamond from the end rail when I got straight in, which is still plenty of room to cue the ball very comfortably and the 2 still isn't very far away and it is still an easy shot. Being back just a little bit further like that gives you substantially more margin for error. As you are aware, when crossing the position line as in this case, under or over rolling by an inch or two can creates quite the angle if you are close to the 2 ball, but it wouldn't be too far off from straight if you were a little further back from it. Whether you went into the end rail or not I think you need to play position a bit closer to it so you have more margin for error on your shot angle.

Cb under the 6, follow to shoot 2 into D.

Stop cb on line between E and 3. Rest is tbd,but if you get above the line, 4 into A...and if you are below that line, you are gonna have to be happy shooting 4 into C from around the spot on the 7's end of the table.

But with the 4 down...there are 4fewer balls on the table.

I am gonna step into the lab and run some tests.

I'm awesome.

1 to F, follow to get 2 to D (if you over shot it you still have the side, 3 to C. The four depends on how well you shoot the 2
