Soft off the 1 to roll right toward the 2, then 3-4 rails off the 2 for the 4 in the same corner as the 1.
Lesser alternative: try to bump the 9/7 for short 2 > 4 shape.

Well, until I pull whitey up short and hook myself behind the 9...
Play the one too thin, get hooked by the nine, proceed to miss the the jump on the two, and curse the bar table and this game!
Cue ball off the `short rail parallel to the 2, roll cut the 2 to the 3, better off being a little high on the 3 allowing you to play shape for either foot pocket for the four, key is your shape angle for 2/3

3 is off the table. The ball by the side is the 6. 1 2 4 5 are the next balls.
Thx, since I'm 6'6'' with my shoes off, I'll cue it with stun 3 o'clock cb that'll release upon contact allowing me to lightly bump the bottom of the 9.
1. Hit the 1 into the corner where it sits, cutting enough that the OB travels approximately parallel with the foot rail, and softly enough that the cue ball comes back only 10-15 inches from the short rail, with less than 10" preferred over more than 15".
2. Cut the 2 into its nearest corner pocket, softly. I don't want the cue ball to come very far back from the rail, if it reaches a rail at all.
4. Cut the 4 into the same corner into which the 1 dropped, with enough speed that the cue ball comes off the rail rolling between the 5 and 7 to mid-table.
5. Hit the 5 into corner that 2 ball went into softly. The cue ball should either not hit the rail after the object ball or not come back very far from the rail.
6. Assuming the 7 goes by the 9 into the [1 ball] corner, soft hit the 6 into its nearest corner on the head rail.
7. Cut the 7 into the [1 ball] corner with sufficient speed to get the cue ball back around mid table.
8. Shoot 8 into same corner as 6 ball dropped. I'd try to keep the cue ball from coming back much farther than mid-table.
9. Take the easiest shot on the 9-ball, which would probably be the [1 ball] corner pocket.
Assuming I'm in stroke that day, it isn't a terribly difficult run out, almost ideal for precision speed center ball shots.

I haven't read any of the comments yet, but my take is one in the corner,come back into the 9, 2 in the corner, 4 in the opposite corner, 5 in the side, roll up for the 6 and you're out.

He went for Pat's first option. He got too thin on the 2 and went way short due to that, plus the red label diamond's shortness, and scratched 3 rails in the side.

Get real good on the 2 then you got either way for the 4 and then either way to get at the 5.
the 1 is deep enough so you can almost hit it square in the face with lots of low right and draw off the short rail. and bring it to wherever you want past the 9 ball for the 2 ball. rest is easy depending on where you choose to fall on the 4.

and jason needed to shoot the 4 in and 5 in the side with auto position on the 6. neither was using their noggin.
and that lady talking had a voice i had to turn off right away.
and sky needs to play some 3 cushion as his shot was so bad and way too soft as as well.
thats why guys like efen get out 100 percent of the time from there if in that spot.
