It's a pitty, that Richard has the health issues, where he is unable to build/repair cues anymore, but at least he was able to update his website and notify everyone with what's going and, returning all customers' funds, and any repair work, being carried out by an alternative source, before being returned.
It is a shame, that there has been a lengthy time period, before any updates being made public, but there I think that there are quite a few people, will be wishing Richard the best, as resguards his health, but also relieved, that they know if they're will be returned to them and that any repair work, will be finished for them.
Here's to hoping that Richard's health will get better again soon.
