but I disagree that he didnt feel, a player always feels that and also you can tell by the look on his face, he was the most surprised guy in the room that nobody noticed it, look at his face as he was moving to address the next shot.

To see his face u need to go back and find the reply of the entire rack to see his face...as I clipped that out in my clip.

Well if you've never been told that you touched a ball that you didn't feel, you may not have played much Pool or may not have been under pressure of the moment.
