Young Guns vs Old School

Old VS New! Not a bad idea for some promoter/streamer like BIGTRUCK to have one of these matchup's streamed every once in awhile. Even if the new or the old had to give a small handicap. Who could beat Shane in 10 ball, race to 21 getting the 9 ball? CJ, Captain Hook, Efren, or 20 more ex champs? Johnnyt

It went looooong lol! When I crashed at 1:30AM the overall series was tied 2-2 and the young guns were up 2-0 in the scotch doubles match.

As best I can remember the results as follows:

Bergman over Archer 10-8
Bergman over Morris 10-4
Archer over Woodward 10-7
Morris over Woodward 10-5

Looking forward to the 9 and 10 ball matches today. Just hope Bergman speeds up...he plays crazy slow

Yes, they play singles then scotch doubles. The overall was tied when I fell asleep 2-2. Young Guns was up in the scotch doubles race to 10, 2-0. Individual matches are worth 1 point and doubles is worth 2 points.

Last night was 8 ball race to 10. Today is 9 ball and 10 ball race to 11. They're playing on 9ft Diamond tables. Bergman ans Archer played great. Worth the $22 for the pass for sure. Tons of good pool.
 
Awesome lol have a bit of money on the old guys and I didn't even know the format. How's the stream quality?
 
I give the stream quality an A, production a C+, and commentary a solid B, I'll keep the thread updated when the matches start today for you.

All correct except Archer over Woodward 10-8.

The scotch doubles went 10-5 for the Young Guns.

So the score going into today is 4-2 in favor of the "youngsters."

All tied up 6-6!!

Incredible pool playing in this match. Very much worth the $22. Bring on the 10 ball set now!

If memory serves me correctly, the Old vs New was BigTruck (Ray Hansen)'s idea. But I could be wrong.
