De Luna at it again

Yes. I meant to say, I haven't found the verbiage specific to adjacent rails in the WPA rules. However, I would not be surprised if the WPA also ruled this way. Their rules aren't exactly wordy.

I don’t think you will find it in the WPA rules, because they don’t need it. I searched “kick” in both the WPA rules and regulations and no hits. I believe they don’t need to define kick (for the reason I propose above).

From The Village To The Big Stage

This past week, Village Cue Club had a real presence at the Matchroom WNT Florida Open — one of the biggest stops on the pro tour — with local players racking up against the best in the world! Huge shoutout to Willie Rubin and Cristian Lopez, who punched their tickets by winning paid entries at our Village Cue Club 9-Ball tournament in June — and put that win to work into their first professional event, going toe-to-toe with reigning champions and world-ranked killers in front of a stacked 256-player field. Both are sharp, seasoned players in their own right — and stepping onto that […]

Pro pool has been around since the 80's, far from what i'd call infancy.

Of course. I mean the WNT tour, and now, Predator's effort to build ... something.
Maybe this version lasts, we'll see. And its not just the PGATour either. EVERY pro sport has events that are a big step up from the regular events aka MAJORS. Every time i see a pool tournament listed its a major. Whatever.
Whatever is your life's motto, it seems, and that's fine. I am 'whatever' about lots of things, too.

SightRight: Stunned by how good this is

I've done virtual coaching with him for about six hours now. I'll meet with him in person next month. This is Ronnie O'Sullivan's coach. He's worked with a ton of great snooker players and some great pool players. I think you're overlooking the lion's share of what he's about.

No offense bud but FEW people are as into this as you. If its a free watch on YT i 'might' sweat a match. even then if its hacks like that Goldstein clown i'm walking. This isn't the NCAA b'ball tournament, why would MR make printable brackets?? Maybe they could allow on-line betting, oh yeah, that's been done, didn't work too good.
No offense taken.

Doesn't hurt to try. It's 30 minutes of work for a web developer. Basically no cost at all.

The PGATour plays four clearly defined major events. They don't call every tournament a 'major'. I guess pool is still such a broke-dick 'sport' that any event that pays over $5000(and you can't wear a t-shirt) to win is a major. IMO a 'major' should stand WAY above a regular tournament event in both prestige and $$$$$.
I get your point. My definition is a bit different, but who cares.

In any case, WNT doesn't have to mimic the PGA, and of course the pro pool is still in its infancy, as you so ... eloquently put it! For the foreseeable future I'll put most weight on the US Open and WPC.
