Tournament fees are out of control

It's been quite awhile since i've done a local pool tournament. But what i've seen recently locally for the last few months is nuts. I saw one listed for $200 last night and the week before another one was $75. Plus you have a calcutta too.
The casino in Battle Creek Michigan held a poker tournament a couple months back.
The entry fee was $1100.
They had 2773 entries.

The Rack held a one-pocket tournament around that same time.
Similar entry fee.
They had about 19 entries total.

Pool Ball Collecting.

Hey RC,

I always wondering if there was something like this out there already, especially since you started creating those beautiful cards, which would be a great collection in itself for reference and the valuable information that you always supply, so I would also be in on a few books as well. Thanks for all you do for all us pool ball collecting nuts out there. You are a true blessing for all of us. Vince

New product release

The Breakrak, and now the one I make "The Break Master" showed me is that I could in fact hit the ball at whatever speed I wanted. If I needed to break at 16 mph or 21 mph or 25 mph I could choose and be rather consistant. I could choose exactly how hard I needed to hit the shot. From there I let the table choose the break shot it liked. Each table, speed of cloth, and dirty object balls all play a part. What I could control was where I hit the cue ball from, where I hit the head ball, what spin I choose to use and how hard I wanted to hit. Later I found that elevating the back of the cue changes things as well...I feel like the product I am putting out is a tribute to what Charlie Bond created. I helped promote breakrak for a long time and after all that time I decided to make a more affordable version. It works well and I hope Charlie approves of what I have created.
