The rosary bead silver ringwork is awesome at all spots, with jet-black ebony forearm and butt sleeve, with 20 pts. of tulipwood, ebony, and holly. High points are recuts, not veneers. 5 Ivy bordered ebony windows in sleeve..Fancy ivy mirrored daggers. High points have the daggers in Ivy with Ivy joint and the famous 3/18-14 pin that comes together smoothly. The shark skin wrap on the cue adds texture and class to this beauty. The cue comes with 2 original shafts, both of which are about 12.8 mm and come with Gorina S and Kamui Medium Brown clear tip. 2 additional Mike Bender shafts are included with slightly different fancy ring work that were converted from 314-2 blanks.

What is the name of this game?

It was called Razzle where I'm from.
Razzle was a little different. With razzle you can shoot out of rotation and it would count as long as another ball struck the lowest ball on the table...whereas with rotation you had to strike the lowest ball first and then anything made counted. Played tons of razzle, same as rotation, 1 and 5 partners... $.25 -.50 per way and per scratch. Razzle was very local, grew up on the Lower East Side of Manhattan, you must have been pretty local as well.
