Spraying Gold Crown Skirts

That's probably the word, because they were on ball return tables.
I played Varner in the 69 Midwest 14.1 finals at the bowling alley with these exact same tables.
I especially remember this.
The cloth was reddish orange and one of women players chest was so large (not a fat woman) that she had to use the rake ''Allot''.
No table light and bowling balls and lanes right next to us.
Brunswick was looking to dress the GCI girl up for the Public eye, and make her impressive & increase play just by her looks. :)

2002 US Open - Deuel vs Strickland Foul?

With that much forward movement of the cue ball, it's difficult to say good hit, since Both Balls went in the same direction.
If Corey would of Elevated Vertically, and the cue ball backed up immediately it would of been good.
Which is impossible when the balls are frozen. It's not a foul if the balls were frozen.

Buddy Hall - RIP

I'm wondering if Alfie Taylor is still around. Wrote a fascinating book reflecting his pool travels around the country!
I spoke with Alfie’s youngest brother Doug Taylor and he confirmed he was in an assisted living place in Tucson Arizona. Doug gave me the number but chances are you won’t get Alfie! Told me he was hard to understand over the phone so I haven’t called!

Cue Design Websites

The thing is that you need to understand the tooling and cutting methods and the tools themselves to make the various shapes.
Then you need to understand the inlay process, and often the buildup processes in order to create the pattern you want on the cue.

You COULD invent any pattern, one that could only be created/routed on a machine no cue builder could afford, and where does that leave you ?!?

Why Pool Leagues Should Embrace “ALL BALL FOULS”

It really surprises me that a group of people who are what I thought are the more serious type of players would shun the idea of all ball fouls.
Because the more experience you have the more you realize the problems it creates. In a perfect world the rule is fine, but someone always wants to cheat and call bad fouls. Especially when money at stake
