Solid vs layered tips

I used solid tips for many years and after coming out of retirement I installed an Ultraskin Ivory layered tip.
By far the best tip I have ever used including the old Champions and others I tried back in the day....
They hold their shape extremely well and mushroom far less than single layered tips.
I have not had any issues with glazing, but I do periodically lightly touch it up with ultra fine emery cloth.
They cost right at 40.00 for 10 of them and I sell a few to my friends so mine are free. : )
I swear by the Ultraskin tips although not sure how different the Ivory is. I got 3 varieties of the Ultraskin. Med Fire, Super Soft and Pro. Pro is my favorite although I'm using the Tiger Onyx for awhile since it is installed on the Tiger Fortis Pro. the Tiger Onyx plays close to the Med Fire Ultraskin. great tip but not my favorite.

Whyte Carbon shafts

Hi all,
I was wondering if anybody like to share their feedback on the Whyte Carbon shafts. They have been out there for a little bit now, and are charging a premium price above the Revo and Cynergy, yet I haven't found too many solid testimonials or reviews. Dr. Dave noted that these deflect more than the Revo.

I do like the idea of an interchangeable joint and their customization options.

Any feedback on these?

Left handed chalk - for left eye dominant players

great stuff. I have hit 900 balls since remodeling my stroke and stance. I just put up my first respectable score in Fargo practice game, a 148. that's not great for me, but acceptable. Im normally in the 138-165 range. I was averaging about 125 shortly after the changes. I can see the numbers increasing, and I think after another 600 more balls, I should be better than ever. I am committed to the new stance and stroke. Although uncomfortable, It feels amazing doing something to get better instead of making excuses and accepting mediocrity. I will improve and it won't be an accident. The stance is worthy of serious time and energy investment. It's the foundation of everything else we do. Being in proper alignment is critical, and that's Impossible if your feet are in the wrong place.
