You can't convince me that you aren't DCP.I hope leagues/tournaments are making moves to ban such devices. If they aren’t already in use they will be. Maybe not in tournaments as much as leagues.
This is comical. Even if it showed you lines to shoot and the english to use, shape for the next ball, etc. You still have to make the ball and have the stroke to get on the next ball.AR/Smart Glasses for Training
For practice (not tournament play, as they could be seen as aiming aids), AR glasses like Snap Spectacles have experimental apps (e.g., Pool Assist or Pool Aim Assistant) that overlay ghost balls, aiming lines, angles, or shot calculations in real-time using cameras and AR. These are more futuristic training tools than everyday gear and may not be practical or allowed in leagues/competitions.
These were Brunswick Compo-Ivory, most likely, and were contemptuously called "shell balls" by competitors. The numbers were pencil-thin and therefore look more antique than other types.Wish I knew what brand/model was the mud ball I knocked off the table (late 50s/room where R. Greenleaf learned) that lost it‘s clay cover when it hit a spittoon. Remaining core looked like concrete.
