HOW TO RACK Pool Balls as Tightly as Possible

Templates are by far the best way to get a good rack, but they require balls in good condition. Most of the sets in local pool halls are hilariously inconsistent or out of size and leave gaps. Gives you the same issue with regular racks though.

Then you have random players trying to train the table in all kinds of different spots. I absolutely prefer people don't tap the balls at all and just move the rack slightly fore/aft of the foot spot.

Best way to ship a high end cue

Basic shipping rules for Cues: Shafts and cues must sit FULLY PROTECTED inside a hard outer surface shell ( PVC, HARD sided cue case)--
shafts and cues must not move inside the outer protective shell and must not have contact with any hard surface. PVC or hard sided case must sit inside an outer shipping box that is thick enough to withstand shipping rigors and should be three or four sided.

Do not use USPS- the tracking is garbage- UPS or FED EX preferred, ship on Monday or Tuesday if possible, use Wed. or Thur. only for overnight. One to three day shipping time absolutely MANDATORY---- Insurance to protect against loss, stolen, truck fires, etc. if desired by seller - OTHERWISE SELLER'S RISK.

Signature required for delivery - I don't like this feature as a seller ------ this can cause problems when buyers have second thoughts and then simply pretend not be home when the cue arrives- no delivery- they can easily get money back from a credit card or pay pal purchase.
