Are Junior players being set up for a tough life?

Apples, meet oranges. The US has one of the largest youth soccer programs in the world (AYSO), it just never really got traction as a professional sport here until recently. I'm not seeing any amateur Heyball leagues popping up. I'd doubt there are 100 Heyball tables in the US.
Although I have heard of it I have no rough idea what "Heyball" is.

And don't bother providing a link, if it interested me I would check myself.:ROFLMAO:

3D Printed One Pocket Ball Rack

$100, sheesh, really proud of those things. You can take a plastic ball holder and make your own with a saw and a drill.
No one is making anything nice with a plastic ball rack and saw and drill. It will look like crap, jagged edges, won't fit well, and will still need a way to attach to the legs. $100 for a set of 2 that is well made of powder coated steel, plastic inserts, and a perfect fit is a good price, imo.

I am in a “diamond pool table owners” group on Facebook. A guy on there has this design which seems to be what you’re looking for. I’m sure it wouldn’t be hard to replicate.

Yes, those are the ones I remember seeing. They look well designed from the pictures. I've never seen one in person. The ad does a good job in showing why they are better than the diamond wire rack also, which are the same things I ran into using them. They hit your legs, and there is no separation between the two opponent's balls.

Ah the Tension
Ahhhhhm
Ahhhh
Hummmmmmmm.
Ronnie felt the slightest tension at a critical time. His banging of ....his cue or fist released at full tension.
The show was incredible .
Gotta hope Higgins gets good rest as the road is still plenty rough.
Personally, Lefty opens with a make. First attempt the uphill both ways.
Then hangs the 2nd. Oooops nope Right hand can take it out, so 0-1.
Here. Comes the Sun.

2026 World Snooker Championship: April 18 - May 04

Well I just caught the tail end of the Murphy Zhao first session and both went limp at the end. NOT impressive and certainly doesn't inspire confidence in either making it all the way.
Higgins stamina could be the decider but after taking out Ronnie, his mind could be right to go All The Way. Then there's Vafaei taking out Judd.....his confidence should be overflowing. While the players navigate the tournament, the drama is certainly entertaining.

well you missed out. zhao was on fire before the midsession. some insane shots. worth the replay

When does it go down to 1 table again? Is it the semi finals? I know Robertson normally struggles at the Crucible as he dislikes the lack of space around the table. I think he's a contender if he can get down to 1 table part of the tournament. Higgins is a tough draw, but will he have the stamina for another long match v a top player, I think the Ronnie game took a lot out of him.

Curious how Vaffei will do. He seems to have calmed down a lot and looks a better player for it. Only caught the end of the match, but looked like Yu Wize struggled to get over the line against Selby, despite Selby looking far from his best. Based on the little bits I caught of their matches I'm expecting Vaffei to beat Yu Wize.

semi finals yea. good point on robertson, one match to go and he can all the space he wants for his PSR. he's gone under the radar because he always underperforms
