New Years Resolution

I normally don't make any New Years Resolutions but I think I am going to this year. And that is to not break any more racks of 9B on my Gold Crown IV. I am just sick of all of this. I just broke 26 times (2026) and only had one really good chance to run out.
Sounds like you need to alter you break (like Corey Duel) so that you have more run out possibilities.
This is the opposite of not breaking any more, BTW...

For pure feel, which wrap is best between Wild Stallion, Bison, Spanish Bull or Shrunken Goat?

Some of these responses are rather humorous but in all seriousness I personally love the Spanish Bull wrap. The look and especially the feel is what I like the most. I've had the Elephant Ear but prefer the Spanish Bull. Just my opinion and preference.

You can't go wrong with any of these but my personal favorite among those listed in shrunken grain goat. It has a suppleness that appeals. It's probably not as durable as the others, but it should last many years if not abused.
This sounds like some real Louisiana Voodoo shit!

So do you sacrifice a chicken before every league night to "wake" the cue up?

Custom and High End Cues on the Decline?

The same reason collectors hoard vintage Martin guitars, value investment. They are not players either. Modern players wouldn’t invest in a Balabuska, just to put a carbon fiber shaft on it to play.
I only use CF shafts on my butts, I don't play with the original shafts.

When you isolate the shaft you really start to see what the butt brings to transmission of hit. The impact of certain design, joint, and construction choices become glaring.

Some players prefer wood shafts some CF, just because your prefer CF does not mean you don't appreciate custom cues.
