That's why I said it.It is an illusion
There's no expectation of honest play. That's why there's no traditional betting on pool. There's at least the illusion of respectability in other sports.and the billions of dollars that are being bet on legal sports books and illegal ones. lotteries, horse races, poker, blackjack and all the casino games.
yet some say betting gives pool a black eye. hogwash. its just they don't bet on things they can win at. yet bet at lots of things through insurance where they have way the worst of the bets. but foolishly justify that.
The new WB tips are all layered tips.... even their water buffalo tips are layered tips.So I checked out these tips, they are fantastic for a hard tips fan. They are like a Lepro, but good. I am back to the game after years away, so I missed the layer tips evolution, but not a fan of them. This WB tip played as one of the best tip I have used, have tried many. It hits solid and can get all the English you need and still not $25 a tip
You calling me out for what? May I ask?and any other way you see how to connect pool balls to pockets
thanks in advance
I took this one outta turn. Sorry You and Lou.How do you know what to aim at?
Holgraphic sense. Golfers prolly have it along with all encompassing egos. Shots will always sit the same in your awareness. They become a language and just are. Cosmic Transversal Existentialism without the book and silly instructions.
In my not so humble thinkage.
I'm pretty sure you are stable in career and poolage so I'll add this:I know certain shots til the point I don't have to think about them. It might take a player 100+ intentional shots to learn how 2 rail shape works, where it breaks down, etc., but once you understand that you can just let your subconscious extrapolate. Just look at the shot, it looks good or it don't. I'm not bashing systems or physics either, knowing what to expect, where the author says the system breaks down, and testing your limits against what you read, etc. is a great way too.
That said, I still don't know the price of tea in China.![]()
That is a valid point but he already knows those figures. Sharing them with others has no-zero-zip-nada to do with what they are worth. If the OP doesn't have any idea of their value, I'm curious what he paid and when. Wouldn't that be a good starting point of their present value? Then go up or down from there.
