One of the by-products of restricted-rate and split bracket events is the emergence of talent at somewhat specific, individual levels. Dorsey comes from the loss side to claim Q City 9-Ball Tour title at Mickey Milligan’s

Two years ago, on the Q City 9-Ball Tour, Wilson Dorsey collected his third (known) cash payout and won his first regional tour title at Mickey Milligan’s in New Bern, NC. Last year – same tour, same location – he won his second. This past weekend (Sat., Jan. 17) – same tour, same location – Dorsey came from the loss side to chalk up his eighth, overall cash finish on the tour and claim his third win.
