Cody Cash of PK Custom Cues did a bang-up job with a lizard print wrap on my McDermott!

I just posted the question and garczar recommended this person. This was one of the search results. Looks great and nothing beats an actual image of the finished product. Did you provide the wrap separately or was it included in the cost of installation (and you just selected the type/color)?
Hi, I was going to buy a wrap from Superior Cues (He's got some nice ones) and have PK install it, but they never responded to my email, so I just went with what Cody had. Price included the wrap. I just gave him a simple description of what I wanted (Lizard print, a little shiny). He said he had something, so I sent it to him. He sent these photos when finished for final approval & I liked what I saw. It was a good experience communicating with him and I'm sure he'll be very helpful if you want to be more involved with wrap choices.

Tougher tables did not help USA pros for 20 years

This weekend I played in a one pocket tournament at Railyard in Louisville on Diamonds with 4.25" pockets and I'm here to tell you, based upon first hand experience, that it's a different ballgame if you're not accustomed to those size pockets.

Your strategy has to be different and your technique has got to be *far* more precise. I play on a Diamond with tough 4.5" pockets and I'm here to tell you the game is different when you lose that 1/4".

Lou Figueroa
Right. And in the old days the tightest table was a triple shimmed GC. It was 4.5” at that mouth. Usually only the one hole players used it. The Diamond Pro-Cut is the same 4.5”, but with mile deep shelves and stupid facing angles, and pin-ball rubber rails that bounce the ball more if it slightly brushes on the way in. It’s twice as hard.

Stupid for the game this overall pocket geometry became the standard.

Didn’t make anyone any better.

All it did was make tournaments take forever.
