Why 36 ? Why not stop at 35 or go for 37 English local authority areas , is it because they like to flout their evil right in front of our faces ? We all know the symbol meaning of 3 6's etc .

Which UK cities could face a local COVID-19 lockdown?

Coronavirus: Face coverings to become mandatory in Scottish shops :
https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-scotland-53252760
Quote .
"However, the Scottish Grocers Federation said it was "extremely disappointed" at the move to make face coverings mandatory, saying it would increase pressure on staff to enforce measures.

Ms Sturgeon said shop staff would not be expected to enforce the rule, with the police instead mandated to issue fixed penalty notices to people not wearing face coverings.

She accepted that this may not be an easy rule to police, saying officers would act "very proportionately and sensitively".

So there you go folks . When Sasha my wee buddy dog was here we couldn't go far into the parks or risk a Police on the spot fine then they made it you can't use public transport without a mask and from next week I can't enter a shop without a mask but the onus is not with the shop staff but the Police who can issue an on the spot fine for me not wearing a mask .

Easing lockdown rules in Scotland: What will change next - and when? :
https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-scotland-53166816
Quotes .
"From Friday 3 July, people will be able to travel for more than five miles for leisure or recreation - although that restriction will remain in force in parts of south west Scotland, where a cluster of cases has been identified."
"Children under the age of 12 will no longer have to follow distancing rules when meeting other children or adults outdoors.

Those aged 12 to 17 will still need to obey distancing rules, but there will no longer be a limit on the number of different groups they can meet during a day.

Children in both age groups will still be restricted to meeting outside in groups of up to eight people from no more than three households.

On Monday 6 July, pubs and restaurants will be able to open outdoor spaces, such as beer gardens."

In Scotland, each council has its own bylaws concerning public alcohol conception.[48]

The City of Edinburgh allows the consumption of alcohol in public places but under the Edinburgh by-law, anyone drinking in public would have to stop if asked by police."

Illegal everywhere else here and you can only buy alcohol from 10am-10pm .

PM Boris 'Bonkers' Johnson has given the go ahead for pubs etc to re open at 6am but who in their right mind would want to go to a pub etc at 6am in the morning and queue up to give away personal details at the front door upon entry , once inside you have to social distance , not allowed to sit face to face , sit side to side or back to back and your only allowed to whisper and the TV & jukebox etc volume must be low incase people raise their voices or start to sing and one in as one goes out of the toilet and cleaner wipe all surfaces you touch and at the bar you queue in booths of perspex for a beer etc . Madness folks but people will do it .

Reboot .
This laptop did a reboot so maybe re posted the same thing twice . The Council cut the football pitches with a tractor on Monday and it was good to see people back on the pitches and on Tuesday there was some teams playing football , without masks on but when the players went to get their bus home they put their masks on .

My youngest son said his mate got a Dr's letter to explain that he had asthma and couldn't wear a mask on public transport etc and I thought about it but to get in and out of the local Health Centre you have to use a side entrance and use hand sanitizer as you go in and out so I thought give it another week or two , maybe things will change .

Let’s welcome the new, restrained, Covid-era wedding :
https://www.thetimes.co.uk/article/lets-welcome-the-new-restrained-covid-era-wedding-mkg2wmvrb

Richie Allen explained the 'New Norm' when it comes to getting married and he let fly with swear words at the top of his voice but I couldn't blame him . The father of the bride can't give away his daughter unless he lives under the same roof as the happy couple and they've to whisper their vows and use hand sanitizer before and after they exchange rings and they're only allowed 15 guests each and the Choir are not allowed to sing but can whisper and maybe hum . I've already read that Hymn's are to be whispered or hummed etc .

Corona Virus , the 'New Norm' .
I know your thinking church66 is making all this up but I'm not but it makes you wonder who is advising the UK Government on these 'New Norm' rules , the Government advisors are coming across as a group of junkie crackheads , it reads like madness to destroy peoples life's .

On Tuesdays show Richie Allen explained what the new rules about getting married where to be and he was calm at first but closed his show shouting at the top of his voice and every other word was a swear word but I couldn't blame him . The father of the bride can't give his daughter away unless he stayed under the same roof as the happy couple and before and after the happy couple exchange rings they have to use hand sanitizer and they've to whisper their vows and the Choir's not allowed to sing but they can whisper or maybe hum . The Richie Allen Show .
I caught up on a few show's and his guest on Monday included Simon Dolan an entrepreneur who is taking the UK Government to court on Thursday as he thinks the UK lockdown was unjustified and illegal . Dr Vernon Coleman was on of his guests on Tuesdays show and I've seen some of his video's and he knows what he's talking about and he said more or less the UK Government are killing people by taking people out of hospital and putting them into Care Homes where the staff don't have the skills to treat them etc . Richie's weekday show's can last up to two hours so a bit too long to post but he was doing well but lost his temper and let fly with cuss and swear words galore so best not post but he was on about the above .

They drew a squiggly map on the area to be locked down and a restaurant owner got interviewed and he was fully booked for re opening with fresh stock of food etc but now he has to go back to doing takeaways . A bar owner said she was fuming as her regulars would just go to the next village to use their bars and she had renewed the food and booze for the re opening etc . Just think of all the food and booze that will be wasted as the clubs , pubs , bars and restaurants had re stocked for opening only to get another two week lockdown , it's almost as if they want people to go banckrupt . The Leicester Mayor said they are being used as guinea pigs and he's got a point .

PM Boris 'Bonkers' Johnson gave a speech then phoned Leicester Mayor Sir Peter Soulsby as I watched Skynews and the Leicester Mayor Sir Peter Soulsby asked for the evidence to justify an extended two week lockdown and the Leicester police chief said how they have to impose the extended lockdown is too vague as to how the cops are to enforce it but they went ahead and shut Leicester down anyway .
