In early 2020 it was announced that a new virus was sweeping the globe. People all over the world have been subjected to "lockdown" measures, curtailment of freedom and travel bans in a supposed attempt to slow the "spread" of the supposed Corona virus. In just a few weeks the UK has caved in to completely unnecessary fascist measures being dictated by global oligarchs from outside of the country. The whole Corona nonsense has shown just how spineless our politicians and leaders are, as if we didn't know already. Like a lizard crawling out from a desert rock, Bill Gates appeared on BBC Breakfast News extolling his plan to vaccinate the entire world. The megalomaniac geek couldn't keep the filthy smug grin from his face etc .

Ken, it will be some weeks, 4-6 before I can predict success to get you a shaft. I don't need a shaft from you, just the length, joint diameter, and whether it is a flat-faced or piloted joint. I will have to special order it from the factory that is building my shafts. If they have a mold should be no problem, but if they have to build one it would be costly.

Art, although I owned an AMF table for a long time I do not consider myself an expert in the construction. My recommendation is contact Steve Lesitkow (He posts here as TableMechanic) and ask him. Note I had a Grand Prix II which was much more like a Gold Crown and had a regular "H" shaped base.

It might have helped if I ate something but but I was in a state of grief and shock and stunned when my sidekick and buddy Sasha came back home and I crashed out on the sofa later and slept through until thee back of 3pm Friday , woke up with jelly legs , every muscle ached . Time check is 5.36am Saturday 23rd May 2020 but when you lose a buddy time doesn't really matter for a while does it ?

Once I got back home I thought oh well at least I've found out the post office shuts at 4pm and that's where my internet deal is so if the bills not paid they will disconnect the service so once I got home and my breath back was message the family to see if they could help me out . By that time I'd missed the Spar shop , they,ve cut back their working hours so it was Tesco or bust , I took Sasha there everytime except the other week , two very heavy bags of shopping later & the walk home I was shattered .
