Hearts Fc , one of the bigger football teams , struggling at the foot of the SPL football table are asking staff to take a 50% pay cut or leave the club , no home gate revenue as the football season is suspended and it's still to be decided if the League season will be fulfilled .

People bulk buying and stock piling and panic buying and no doubt some of it will go to waste so it's good to see a story of a shop opening exclusively for the elderly and vulernable who can't make it or cope when the herds are in shops panic buying .

I should've been out and about yesterday collecting the welfare in one hand and paying it back on house bills with the other hand . It's a bit like a plate spinner and if you don't keep the plates spinning they come crashing down , well the advice was to avoid public transport etc , didn't seem to be the same amount of traffic and it was raining heavy so I wasn't going out . Later on at the Spar shop , one customer was in and as I left one customer walked in . The pubs were open but very quiet . Just about every business you could think of will be struggling to survive .

The smaller football teams already struggling financially will go bust . Partick Thistle Fc get decent crowds so not really a small football club but the loss of revenue from home matches has made them ask fans for donations just to survive the season and that's when you know things in Scottish football is grim financially .

Comedy .
One night married with 4 children BOOM next day zilch , nothing then the Welfare letter , we will pay you £59.60 a week . I cannot run a 4apt house and pay house bills and take access for four children from Friday night until Sunday night so to cope I video recorded all the comedy TV shows and forced myself to laugh through it all . Dad who was relentless in saying I shouldn't be going to the Pool etc said if you cannot live on £10 a day you've got problems so I just laughed and said I've got £59.60 a week to live on but through the thick and thin folks I'm still here so when they say you have to self isolate find your way to cope !

I've laid too many people to rest down there and one time I thought to myself once Mum and Dad get laid to rest I'm never going back there until it's my turn . Too many old neighbour's and friends are there and you can't help but look at the Headstones . I can tell you my Mother In Law was so excited when we got married , (Shotgun Wedding , no way out !} she said I remember when I got married , we had nothing , go to Clydebank and pick Wedding rings , I'm paying , come back and show me what you's bought . Yes she was a good woman , too bad the ex wife was the bad apple of the bunch .

It was the 20 years anniversary of young Darrens passing at the weekend . He went out to play with his friends , maybe 7 years old , there was a loose washing line post the kids used as a swing with a rope tied , the post broke loose with concrete bedding and the kids ran as it rolled down the hill but young Darren tripped and fell and it landed on his head and he passed away . I didn't need to tell you that but so many things have happened recently it's not true . We all end up at Dalnottar Cemetary here one way or another . Some people get there way too quick some live a good age , when it's our turn we will never know but way too many people I knew are down there .

My daughter just messaged me to say that my ex Mother In Law passed , she said it was earlier tonight , not last night as my son thought but he was at work trying to get time off . The ex Mother In Law passed away at home and may she rest in peace .

Turn back time .
I wish I could even if it was only a few weeks back when I heard Big Tam was ill in the Hospice and all this corona Virus seemed to only be happening in far away places . My daughter sent me a message earlier to stay indoors for maybe 12 weeks , I'm asthmatic , smoker roll up cigs , never went for the Flu jab so maybe she's right but you've got to go out sometimes . My son sent a message earlier to say my ex Mother In Law had passed way last night , I never seen much of the In Laws when the wife fled to set up house with her boyfriend and daily visits from them stopped that day . I used to do all the odd jobs the In Laws needed done but it all ended 25 years ago , she was a good hearted woman , must have been around 90 years old .
