i can put it on a palet and ready it for shipping no problem , i think the weight is 750 lbs on the machine and i probably have a 150lbs of inlay material and accessories , it would be shipped from yukon oklahoma (oklahoma city) any other questions feel free to call me at 405-568-9386

Yes, do you have any idea what the machine and boxes of inlay/endmills etc weigh? Can you put the machine and boxes onto a pallet? If you can't get it on a pallet than I can not get a freight company to pick it up, and I need to know the approx weight so I can find out what the charge would be.
