The suggestion was made to me in San Diego about putting Pool Wars on a CD, with me telling the story. That way you can "hear" the book while you're riding in your car or a plane or whenever. What do you think? Who likes that idea?

actually alot of people like cd books .I would buy one.also I will be ordering your book. theres nothing better than to re live the old great pool stories.I love when they tell em at my pool hall we have 5 to 6 regulars from 70 to 85. alot of good stories.

In that case, my wife would probably "read" it. She listens to recorded books all day while getting stuff ready for Ebay.

The next book will have it's own chapter on Shane and Chris. They hear no evil, speak no evil, but play very evil! :thumbup:
Hey Jay, you talk about "Dino the Jeweler", is that the same guy that won the Ohio 9-Ball state championship? He shoots with a Balabushka and hung around Airway in his later years.
Yep, that's the man. He is still alive and playing from time to time at Airway. In his 70's now. When I was there in the 60's and 70's Dino was in his prime, but still no threat to George Rood. No one was, not even Joey Spaeth.
