Dennis has been playing pretty sporty lately. Last week he ran 42 in a league match and played safe. Tonight he ran 28, 28 and 43 aganist another opponent in league.
He must have cleaned his glasses

If Dennis ran 42 and 43 in successive weeks, it looks like his high run of 47 is about to fall.

Way to go Dennis!! Time, work and patience paying off. Sailor would be proud. I talked to him last week. He sounds good... strong! I promised to take pics of my Sailor kids and send to him.

I assume Bobby Hunter will be there. Others from our league like Ed Latimer and Bob Cozzolino. I don't know if people like Jeff Carter, Dallas West, Tom Karabotsos, Larry Schwartz are getting in. I'm going to try to get flyers and spread them around. Sailor is coming down.

hey dennis next time you go play league remember 'no runs over 3 balls ,no thunderbolt breaks are you paying attention because those guys at league are paying attention.
if everbodys doin it then only one can be the best ,hey i bet that schmidt aint that tough.

Thanks for the encouragement. I listened at your seminar over a year ago, watched some of your runs, listened to Bill's encouragement on a daily basis, listened when Bobby spoke and watched when he played, and have tried to apply some things and slowly they seem to be working a bit.
At my age, who knows what I can learn, but I'm going to keep on keeping on.

I was watching some of your runs again yesterday and you barely wait for the cue ball to stop before you shoot. Your patterns are almost instinctual. You just sense what needs to happen. Damn! That is what you do.

Well, this old turkey is closing in on 83 and my 35 year old run of 29 still stands. I learn new things all the time. One problem, knowing how something should be done and being able to do it are two different things, but I aint givin up til they close the lid.
