this does seem like it could be the best option to really put pool out there in the mainstream. if i had a spare few hundred grand to invest id get involved. with only a few weeks of boxing id happily jump in there and have a go though i dont really fancy my chances. i do watch alot of martial arts and one thing i know is everyone loves watching normal people fight, they can relate to it more as long as they are capable enough to inflict some damage on each other lol

Blair is great, he has been busting his ass for long as I known him to make something happen. He has more passion than most do, I can relate.


Internet poker is gonna be legal in America sooner than later, that will create a link between pool and poker, MMA is doing Great(it has killed boxing). the weak link is between pool/mma, the poker and MMA link just bytheir audience size, is there, so in summery:


pool-poker.....pretty strong and getting better
mma-poker..... is there because of the huge audiences they attract
pool-mma......is the weak link(thats Blairs job)

If you consider fast as a matter of maximum speed, not time for a quarter mile, there are several cars which are faster than a Mustang Bullitt :cool:
 
Imagine a guy is about to break and his opponent taps him on the shoulder and presents his "dual card". They have to stop and walk 15 feet over to an octogan and go at it for 3 minutes. Winner of the fight earns the break and they go back to playing pool.

I drive it to the store a few times per week just to keep
the cobwebs out of the cylinders and would love to meet
up with that little "yellow thing" at a stoplight.
 
Fatboy...dont know what kind of problems your having....just know I am pulling for you and you get somehting going that makes you happy. No sense in having money and not being able to enjoy it. Keep your head up and stay positive and I am sure it will work out. You seem like a good guy to me!

Have you attended any of the Lotus / Ferrari Club events in Vegas? We had a photo shoot at Silverstone CC a couple of weeks ago. Were you there? I got to the club around 11:00 AM. Didn't realize you were seriously into rolling automotive art! Hopefully we can meet someday. I'd love to see the cars up close and personal. Your "flat" ain't bad either:shocked2:.
