I hate to get involved in this matter but your post did say whoever to help you so I picked up my phone and called Chaz.
He didnt anwser SO I LEFT A MESSAGE, he called back in minutes. I asked him if he had seen your posts and he mentioned that he hadnt been online in quite some time.
Some how dirtypool missed your posts and im sure, other forms of contact. Its your perogative if you still want your refund but chaz said for you to call him directly, He also mentioned your case was nearly complete. I would reccomend you call him personaly for these matters. If you dont have his number I can give it to you just pm me. I understand your frustration since you were attempting to keep the dealer informed. I hope this helps.

are you sure he can get text? I would try calling him before 5 PM EST thats when I have had he best luck.
i have sent and received many texts from chaz.
I understand you spoke to Chaz directly.
I still follow in hopes for some updates on who has their case as i patiently wait on mine.
