Perfect Aim Video and Lesson Phoenix

Post up when the DVD is remade.. I'm gonna take the plunge.. After all, I have not heard a bad review yet.. As much as I have spent on total crap, I'm gonna give Perfect Aim a try.

Peace

If necessary re-do the DVD AFTER Galveston! Now's the time to practice and concentrate on getting your body and head and game in shape for this one. This is big time stuff. Prepare properly!

I'd like to meet Geno in Galveston and I'd like to see him play. If he plays in the one pocket tournament, he might even get a chance to see me play.

If opportunity presents itself and the stars align themselves just right, I wouldn't mind trying to persuade the movers and shakers to put him in the commentary booth if he is so inclined. Sitting in the booth with JoeyA guarantees virtual instant fame. Ohhh, I forgot; Geno has already pushed poor old Og Mandino down one rung of the ladder without lifting a finger. :D

This could be new era for POOL NEW IMAGE Galvaston

Joey, Your the man. Between you and Jim you've totally motivated me to try and get everything done before I go and get to Galvaston to get some of that money.

This is going to be a grand trip and I might never stop once I get going again.

I played for years on the road back in the 70's and 80's and then a ton of tournaments in the 90's. When I first started this Perfect AIM trip in May 2009 I felt like a dinasour. The road had changed, I had changed and everyone seems to play good. The players are more knowledgable.

The good news is I think from what I have seen though, pool is reaching a new era. The players everywhere are so nice. It's not like the old days that unfortuanately kind of carry over to today a little where it was real cutthroat and you had to worry about getting beat up or getting out of town with the money or even with just your money.

The players now are so respectful. It's almost taken on a golf like image. And sure a guy might woof a little when he gets beat but that's just the competitor coming out. If you lose the Best rule of thumb there is just keep your mouth shut until your brain can catch up with your mouth.

Galvaston is a good showcase for this new era and I for one think the timing is right. If all the players could some how band together and put on a good show with no black eyes this will be a fantastic start.

I feel honored that I can even be a part of something like this. I get chills just thinking about it. I just hope I can turn those chills into ICE in my veins once I start playing. The person that can do this is the one that will get the cash................

Have a great day. Thanks fro the MOTIVATION. Geno..............

Two weeks is almost to the day, the starting date of the Galveston Tournament. If you get Perfect Aim's makeover finished in time, make sure you bring plenty of the DVD's with you. ;)

What happens to the people who have shelled out $70 for the previous DVD?

Are you going to send them the new one or charge them $70 more?

Hi there,
Absolutely not. The new video is basically the same information. There are a couple of new things on there that I have learned in the last four months on the road. But the main reason for redoing the video is to try and make it as easy as possible to understand everything with Perfect Aim.
One of the new things allows you to know almost exactly how much of the ball you are hitting. Almost like putting a ghost ball there without putting one there. This is breakthrough stuff never seen before. I've never seen it and I have tried to look.
I'm always looking for ways to make my own pool game better. This is how I came up with Perfect Aim in the first place. If it makes it easier for me than it will probably do that for everyone else. Some players might not like it because it is a little something extra you have to do but I use it all the time now.
The original video was made to suppliment a personal lesson. It's done a good job as a stand alone teaching device also but I want Perfect Aim to be as easy as possible to understand. This is the main reason that I am redoing the video.
Anyone that wants the new video that has purchased the original will be able to purchase the new one for only twenty bucks. This is only to cover shipping and handling and cost of the video.
Do I think this new info is worth $20 to upgrade to the new one?Absolutely. Will everyone think so? Maybe not. But the main thing is down the line if anyone wants to teach their friends or family or anyone the Perfect Aim it will be easier than ever to understand. That's my goal.
There will be a section on the website for upgrading the video for anyone that wants to upgrade once it is done.

Have a great Day and Thanks again Geno..................

Who taught you this new information?

All homemade stuff..............

Who taught you this new information?

Hi there cookie man,
Just like Perfect Aim this new info is something that I figured out on my own while I was giving a personal lesson in Phoenix. Like I said I am always trying to improve my own game. I love to compete and any club that I can add to my bag is huge as it is for any player.

Many people that are teaching pool are teaching something that they were taught. Perfect Aim is totally new in fact that was the number one question: Where did you learn this?

When I first discovered PERFECT AIM I thought that I had figured out something that all the pros knew. It wasn't until about 3 years later that I realised that nobody knew it. I started teaching it to friends and saw their games improve at a rediculous fast rate. After that I started giving lessons to everyone I could at the little tournaments I would go to.
The lessons were always money back guarantee unless they were 100% amazed at what they learned. This was in the early 90's.

I always knew that Perfect Aim could change the way players play pool everywhere. I kept an eye out thinking that maybe over the years that someone would either figure it out or someone I taught it to would show it to someone that would claim it as their own but it never happened.

When I started playing again after being diagnosed with diabetes I finally had some energy. Got my health somewhat under control so I could compete again at a higher level. Started winning some good tournament and feeling like I could compete with just about anyone again.

I started giving the lessons again because players would ask me how I played the way I do. I would tell them that a big part of it is this way that I aim. At first it was just a few lessons and then it just started to grow. Pretty soon from from players telling players I was giving 1 to 3 lessons a day.

Soon I saw the need to do a video so the players would remember what they learned. This way a player would never forget this way of aiming. I had quit for health reasons for 8 years myself and had forgotten myself.

When I first started my trip 4 months ago I never could have dreamed that it would have turned out the way it has. I was just a guy trying to make a couple of bucks giving a real good lesson and trying to play the game I have loved all my life. Now I actually can compete at a higher level again and I'm having the time of my life. I'm just like all the other players out there including yourself just trying to win one more big one.

And there might be something in the archives about the new things I have in the new video but I have never seen it or been able to find it and nobody showed me any of this. I just figured it out just like with Perfect Aim.

The players that have learned Perfect Aim know what A VALUE they have received for their money. And of the 800 personal + lessons I have logged I know they were amazed at what they learned.

It seems the only players that complain about the price of the information are the players that havn't seen it. They should learn the story about the sour grapes?

I'm going to Galvaston to do what I love most. To try and win a tournament and I'm going to bring a bunch of videos. And sorry, there will be no personal lessons during the tournament.

Hope to see you there. This is going to be a good one...

Thanks for asking. Have a great day Geno....................

Hi Gene, You are so right that the VALUE of your lesson is well worth it. The only ones complaining didn't even buy it. Its funny most people on this thread have probably gambled $100 sets 100 times, but don't want to spend the money on this. Their loss...

A suggestion on the new video:

It would be very helpful if you had lines put on the video after the shooting. I don't know how this is done, but I'm sure the people doing the video and editing would know how, if they are professionals. And I'm sure you know exactly what type of lines I'm talking about...

Although the first video does convey the information, this would make it easier to understand.

I watched the video one night, and absorbed some info. Then I watched it a few nights later, but skipped around in the video. Then I watched it a 3rd and final time, and took notes to remember which way to "move" because it still wasn't second nature. I took the notes, and wrote exactly what time in the video the section started on my notes so I could refer to it easily in the future.

Just thought of another improvement, chapters on the dvd for each section.

I did have some trouble with my dvd disk, but I'll send you a PM about that later.

Gene, I have no problem givin you another 20.00 , I felt loke the first purchase was worth the money after getting it and ONLY regret that your not in my area to do a lesson. Hell , I'll prepay if you're doin that.. Let me know. Are you gonna notify previous buyers of availablility ???? Thanx

thanks for stepping up to the plate !

Like I said the original was made to suppliment a lesson. The new one will be more stand alone. And yes, chapters would be a good idea. And yes, let me know so we can fix whatever we can.

Thanks again Geno................

You make me want to come there right now for a lesson................

Hi there ,
Barefoot. If I was within 200 miles I would get there to give you a lesson.

I'm going to tell you a little story that happened only a few of weeks ago. I met a young man in Denver. He took me to another town for a game. I won't use his real name because he told me he didn't want anyone to know he improved his game so much.

I'll call him Sam. The guy we played I'll call Joe. Anyway, Sam got me a game with Joe. $200.00 a rack 9-ball. Joe plays really well. It took me about an hour and a half to win $800.00.

Now Sam was whipping up his own game. Sam and Joe had played before so they had a pretty good line on how they each plated. They started right out $500.00 per game 9-ball with Sam getting the wild 5. This was some pretty strong action. The biggest I had seen in the 4 months of being on the road.

The game started at about 11:00 at night and went until 6:00 in the morning. I watched as my new friend Sam dogged the cash too many times. Plus Joe was no pushover either. He might run 3 racks at any time. Joe had a backer that was putting up the cash where as Sam was all on his own. Sam had alot of heart but not enough skill and ended up losing $2,000.00.

Now that was only 4 games difference in 7 hours. That's almost like even. Like I said these guys have played before and have a pretty good line on each other.

Sam knew that I was giving the Perfect Aim lessons but had never asked me about it and I was so busy giving lessons that I never asked him. I felt pretty bad that I hadn't given him the lesson because I was sure it would have put him over the top.

On the way home Sam told me they were going to play the next Friday and he was sure he would win. I told him I would teach him the Perfect Aim and I could almost guarantee he would win.

I wanted to stay until next Friday because now I wanted part of the action if I could get a side bet. But I had a schedule to keep and was already commited to go to Des Moines, Iowa.

I called Sam on Sunday to see how things turned out even though I kind of already knew it was just a matter of how much Sam had won before they quit. He said he won $5,000.00 and it only took a couple hours. He was telling me how he just killed him.

Then I asked Sam if he thought Perfect Aim helped him and his reply was : I only used it on the tougher shots. I fired them right in. And the straight in shots. I just started to laugh.

Sam will be a force in the pool world on a bigger level in the near future. I've created a friend for life and plan on keeping track of this young man in the future. He's got balls.

Whether you play for 1 dollar or $500.00 it's just fun to play as good as you possibly can. Just a few games won or lost can make such a huge difference.

Thanks for the feedback Have a great day geno................

Gene is a Great Player! On the Barbox I think he's close to Scott Frost speed and the

Ive watched Gene play numerous times and agree he is a top notch bartable player but Scott Frost speed? Man thats a strong statement!

Thanks for the compliment.

Ive watched Gene play numerous times and agree he is a top notch bartable player but Scott Frost speed? Man thats a strong statement!

When you get up into the top players it all depends on who is doing their homework right now.

You need to be ready all the time. That's tough to do sometimes. Most of the pros live on the table for at least 7 days before a tourny or a match. The ones that don't , don't win.

Plus they need to have the discipline to eat right ,sleep right , and get some excercise. They need to take care of themselves. That's tough to do when your traveling. Drive for 3 days and see how you feel?

Right now for example I'm playing the best pool of my life. I'm still pretty wore out from my long trip. I'm redoing the video and then driving to Texas from wisconsin. Not your best scenario for getting ready for a big tournament. But all we can do is the best we can to prepare and let the chips fall where they may.

I will be playing some of the top players in some bigger money matches in the near future. Right now though my main goal is to spread the info to everyone I can about Perfect Aim.

The money matches will always be there. I'm kind of an unknown player at the moment. Nobody really has a line on me. I have yet to play for my 7 days to get ready for anything. I've been to busy.

Thanks and have a great day Geno.

Maybe it is some "old ideas" repackaged with a new catchy name or slogan to sell, and make sales.:p Corporate america do this daily, and it make the cash register right up sales.

Hi there,
No you didn't miss a thing. I never took it to the next level. I was just a pool player trying to win some tournaments and trying to help the people around me. Everyone back then that I showed really liked it. There was no internet back then and hardly any communication like there is now with the internet.

When I finally decided to do the video and the lessons everyone thought I was crazy except the players that I had recently given the lesson to. And yes it is old information but it is only mine.

Someday Perfect Aim will be the standard way to teach everyone how to aim. It's just the way it is.

Frank at Table Steaks in Denver couldn't have said it better. He said:
I think this is going to be really good for the game of pool. The skill levels will increase rapidly and the players will be more competitive. Everyone should learn Perfect Aim if they want to play pool......

Have a great day Geno...................

Hi there Cowboy,
I don't know why but you seem to be anti Perfect Aim after you predicted to me about a month ago that the thread would be over after 550 or so. Do you wish that was true? I really don't understand? Are you trying to make that come true?

Sorry to disapoint you. Have a good day Geno.................
