Another good run out by Yang, it's 25-19. And for all practical purposes, it's over. After Dennis fell short on the ten ball and played a weak safety, that was it.
 
Ok, day 1 is in the history-books, and Yang is 25-19 in the lead.

From what I have seen it will be incredible hard for Dennis to make a comeback and win 31 games before Yang makes 24.

Not impossible, but Dennis can't afford to miss, and he needs to improve his break.

Great match so far! I will say that even with the game Dennis has showed in this match so far, he would still need to give weigth to a lot of the top-players, and he isn't even close to Yang. Scary thought

Shane has no chance. No one can beat this guy! You're watching the best pool player in the world. Only Wu has this kind of ability, but doubtful he can do it for the cash.
 
Sigel once said the pool is about domination. And that's true even with great players. Right now, Yang is dominating Dennis.

Jay, I may be out of line here because I know Dennis can win but I feel like Yang is just toying with him and has total control of the whole match. And I agree no Americian can play with these two guys.

I would have to agree, but Mr. Park is a killer with a the little cue in his hand. I think Dennis needed to play this match with no jump cues. It is a huge advatage for Yang since he jumps and play post like he has his regular cue in his hand.

Dennis showed a lot of heart just getting up there and firing back. A lot of very good players would have been too weak to even stand up. :smile:

Wu is still not at Yang's level.. Yang is just pure consistent and has a great overall game.

Yang is the best jumper in the world. Nobody is even close to his level.
